I gotta say, dealing with this company hasn't been the greatest. They told me I'd get a check after they closed, but it never came through. Lighting cable
I bought a lighting cable from this company, and it was terrible. The quality was really bad, and it didn't even work. When I contacted customer service for help, they asked for tons of photos and details for just a £9 cable. It took forever for them to respond to my emails, showing they really don't care about their customers. I've never had such a bad experience with a company, and I won't ever buy from them again. It's obvious they don't appreciate their customers, and their products are just as bad as their service.

Virtual communication service
I recently tried this virtual communication service, and honestly, it was such a letdown. When I signed up, I found out they were charging me for stuff that was supposed to be included in my package. When I reached out to customer service to sort it out, I got the runaround for months before I finally spoke to someone who could help. But even then, they were so pushy and kept insisting I schedule a voice call ASAP or they'd cut off my service. It was such a hassle and waste of time, and honestly, it left a really sour taste in my mouth.

Shirt order, wrong item received
Lattelier was a total nightmare to deal with, let me tell you. Can you believe they took over three weeks to deliver my order? And when it finally showed up, guess what? They sent me a dress instead of the shirt I wanted! And to top it off, it didn't even fit right. When I contacted them about the mix-up, they actually had the nerve to say I could keep the dress and they would send me the right item later. By that point, it would've been like six weeks since I first ordered. I was so done with their mistakes, so I asked for a refund for the shirt. But guess what? It's been almost a month, and still no money back. This whole thing has been a total nightmare, seriously. I wouldn't even wish it on my worst enemy, that's how bad it was.
