Variety of products
I had a pretty good experience on Tophatter overall. The customer service was helpful whenever I had any issues with my purchases. Most of my orders also arrived pretty quickly, which I really liked. But there was this one time when a seller had to cancel my order because they ran out of stock. I think Tophatter should do a better job at preventing that from happening, especially by letting customers know right away if their order is cancelled. It was a bummer to wait so long to find out, especially since it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. But other than that, my time shopping on Tophatter has been positive.
Watches and jewelry

At first, I had some trouble with the delivery address for the smart watch I ordered and won. The address got mixed up and was verified in California instead of Virginia. But, they quickly gave me a full refund and even sent an apology email, which was nice of them.

Man, Tophatter is the bomb! I've scooped up a bunch of stuff on there and it's always quick and cheap. The auctions are a blast too. Got my goodies in no time, just like they promised. Definitely gonna be using Tophatter again!
Jewelry purchase
I gotta say, my experience buying jewelry on Tophatter was a little bit of a mixed bag. Some of the pieces were absolutely gorgeous, just like in the pictures, but then there were others that looked super cheap and nothing like what I was expecting. I even got a couple of things that were broken or never even showed up! It's just frustrating not knowing what you're gonna get when you're spending your hard-earned cash. But, I will give credit where credit is due - Tophatter is pretty good about helping out when you have problems with your orders. They make it easy to return stuff and they treat you with respect. Overall, I do like Tophatter, but man, the quality of the sellers and what they're selling can be all over the place.
Expensive item order, long wait, no delivery
The most frustrating thing that happened to me at Tophatter was when I bought something really pricey, and then had to wait forever for it to show up, only to never even get it. It was cool that I got my money back, but it still sucked to not get that sweet deal I won in the auction for the thing I really wanted.
