Silk pants, skirt, sizing issues
I'm feeling pretty disappointed right now. I was trying to do my part to help the environment by buying sustainable clothing, but it kind of backfired. I splurged on some fancy pants for $200, but they ended up being way too small. Then I got a skirt in the same size and couldn't even get it past my hips! It definitely didn't look as good in person as it did online, so I tried to return it the next day. Turns out, I can only get store credit because of some fine print I missed. Now I'm stuck with ill-fitting clothes and out $100. I'm over it. These clothes are too overpriced for all this hassle, and their customer service is trash.

I got this pillow pad from a company and it's totally changed how I sleep. The temperature control tech is so cool and really works to help me fall asleep quicker and have a better night's rest. Man, my experience with this company was super disappointing. I ordered some vape supplies on a specific date and even though they said they shipped it the next day, I ran into a bunch of problems. The tracking number they gave me was from some random carrier in a different country, and on top of that, there was no sign of my package with them. I'm in the same state as the company, so I figured my order would get here quickly, but that definitely didn't happen. I tried hitting up Blazed Vapes multiple times through different channels, even went to their Facebook page, but they never got back to me. Because of their awful customer service, I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Overall, dealing with this company was a nightmare, and I'm definitely not going to be messing with them again.

Dietary supplement purchase
I just bought a supplement from this website and it was a really bad experience. The product didn't have all the ingredients that were supposed to be in it according to the website. When I contacted customer service, they said the site wasn't updated and basically blamed me for not checking before I opened it. I should have read some reviews before buying. The customer service rep didn't really help at all and didn't offer any refund. It was super frustrating and I'm really dissatisfied with how everything turned out.

I really love my Pucci sunglasses! They were exactly what I wanted and the quality is top-notch. The price was also really good, especially for the real deal. The customer service was impressive too. There was a little issue with tracking my package, but they were super responsive and kept me updated the whole time. It was nice knowing they were on top of things and making sure I got my order. The glasses even came in the real Pucci case, which was a nice bonus. Overall, an awesome experience.

Subscription for service
I signed up for this service and tried it out once, but then I wanted to cancel. However, even after I canceled, the company kept charging my account without asking me. I sent them a bunch of emails trying to sort it out, but never heard back from them. As a final try to get them to pay attention, I even wrote up a letter offering to help them out as a software engineer to make sure this didn't happen again. But it was a no-go, and I never got my money back or even a simple "whoops, sorry" from them.
