Jewelry purchase
First off, let me just say that Tophatter itself isn't the issue. It's those sketchy sellers on there that can be a real problem. I bought some jewelry recently and was pumped to get it, only to end up with a cheap knockoff instead of the real deal. And man, don't even get me started on how long it took for my order to show up. But hey, gotta give props to Tophatter's customer service - they did their best to assist me. Still, all in all, the whole thing left me feeling pretty disappointed.
