Customer Service
This website says they provide customer service, but honestly, I couldn't find any help when I needed it. I tried contacting them, but they never got back to me. It's pretty annoying to feel like they only care about some users, and not others who could really use some help. The absence of good customer service has really let me down, and now I'm unsure about buying anything from this site in the future.

Adjustable desk purchase
My new desk showed up with a busted control panel. I hit up customer service and got hooked up with a guy named AJ. He was super chill, nice, and really helped me figure out what was wrong. I was so thankful for how quick they responded and for sending me a replacement desk. This company's customer service totally went above and beyond what I expected.

Business cards with minor customization
I ordered some business cards with a small customization, but I accidentally put the wrong business name. So, I contacted Customer Service and they were super quick to fix the mistake. They gave me a credit so I could make the right changes. Everything went smoothly and I got my new cards in just a week. The quality was awesome, but I wish someone had told me about the margin tool to make sure everything lined up perfectly.

My subscription renewal
I totally forgot that my subscription would renew after a year, and I hardly even used it. I ended up getting charged 80 bucks today. I decided to shoot them an email, and they refunded my money and helped me cancel the subscription. Seriously, best customer service ever - that's why I'm definitely leaving a positive review!

Support resolution
Dealing with that problem was a real pain – it was like trying to unravel a huge knot, you know? It was all jumbled up and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. I was lost and frustrated, just couldn't find a way out. But, the person from the support team who helped me was a total lifesaver. They were so nice, understanding, and kept me in the loop about what was going on. In the end, they finally got everything sorted out real quick, and I felt so much better. It was a great support experience, definitely top-notch. I'd give it an A+ rating for sure.
