Classroom reading aid
Audiobooks have been a real game-changer in my classroom! I teach a 5th and 6th-grade combo class, and it can be tough to find reading materials that work for everyone's level. With audiobooks, I can keep everyone on the same page during reading time. The audio is clear and enjoyable to listen to, making it a fantastic learning resource for my students.
Customer Service Experience
I had a really great customer service experience recently when I called for help. The person I spoke with was super helpful, patient, and professional. She walked me through everything to fix my problems and was positive the whole time. I was really impressed with how well she helped me and I think the company should recognize her awesome work. I did have trouble listening to the audiobook I wanted, but I'll contact customer support again when I can. Overall, I'm happy with the service I got and I'm looking forward to more positive experiences in the future.
Audiobook subscription
I tried out an Audiobook subscription, but I was pretty bummed out by the service. Even though my internet is quick, the downloads were super slow and the narration kept stopping for buffering. I'm a teacher taking a break for the summer, so I enjoy listening to things at, like, 2.5-3x speed on other apps. But this one only lets me go up to 2x speed.
Book selection and app navigation
I've really been enjoying my time at this audiobook store. The selection of books is awesome, with a whole bunch of genres and titles to pick from. But I gotta say, the app threw me off a bit in the beginning. It took me a minute to figure out how to find the books I wanted to listen to. Maybe they could work on making the app easier to use, you know, more customer-friendly.
Got good deals
I really enjoy shopping at this place because I can always snag some great deals on audiobooks. The app has this adorable little widget that makes it super easy for me to pick up right where I left off in my books. It's just so convenient!
User-friendly app and account setup
I was so happy to see how simple it was to use the app and get my account set up. It was easy to find books to listen to and adjust how I wanted to listen. It was a really nice experience overall. Thanks!
Free trial sign-up
Hey, so I was attempting to sign up for the free trial, but ran into a bunch of problems, you feel me? Luckily, I ended up talking to this really helpful person through the app and they completely saved the day! They had to take a little break before getting back to me, but once they did, everything got sorted out. I haven't used any of my credits yet since the layout is a bit different compared to other apps like Audible, but I'm hoping I can get the hang of it soon and start enjoying some great stories.
Free trial disappointment
The free trial was a cool bonus, letting me try out the platform. But when I compare it to other digital book apps I've used before, like Audible and Barnes & Noble, this one doesn't quite measure up. The fact that I can't adjust the playback speed is a big disappointment for me, since I really depend on that feature. Having to listen to audiobooks at just one speed was really tough and took away from my enjoyment. Even though it was nice to give this service a shot during the trial, I won't be keeping my subscription going for now.
Subscription service
The subscription service can be confusing because customers have to pay for both the subscription and the books they want to listen to separately. It's important that this info is clearly shared with customers before they decide to sign up.
Audiobooks changed the game
I was totally into reading physical books, but once my job got busier, I switched to Audiobooks and now I can't get enough! It's super handy and user-friendly. I've gone through way more books recently compared to the past year. It's perfect for when I'm on the road or cleaning up the house. The narrators are fantastic, the variety of books is top-notch, and the whole experience has been awesome. I would definitely suggest it to any book lovers who are constantly on the move.
Android app audiobook purchase
As someone who's trying out audio books on the Android app for the first time, it would be really helpful to have a chapter menu. It would make it a lot easier to move around in the content. Having this feature would make the whole experience better by letting us go back to specific chapters without having to just rely on the 30-second rewind button.
Quick sign up, free trial, lots of books
The sign-up process was super quick and easy, and I came across tons of amazing books to pick from! The 30-day free trial is pretty cool, and the monthly fee isn't bad at all. I'm really enjoying my time on here so far!
Free trial subscription
I signed up for a free trial, but ran into a problem with the billing. I sent an email to customer service, but didn't hear back for over 5 days. When I finally called, though, the person I talked to was super helpful and friendly. They got some of the issue sorted out and pointed me in the right direction for the rest. All in all, I'm happy with how quickly they fixed things up.
Subscription rates, library selection, and listening speed options
I was really happy with how cheap the subscription rates were for this service compared to Audible and other similar ones. The library had a good amount of options, with different genres and titles to pick from. What I liked the most was being able to change the listening speed, so I could listen the way I wanted to. Overall, I thought this service was just as good as Audible, but more affordable.
Subscription for one audiobook
The membership costs too much for what you actually receive. Sure, the first book is free, but the prices jump up after that. It's annoying not being able to see how much time is left in a book when you're listening at faster speeds. And what's the deal with the count going negative sometimes?
Pastor's audio book gift
My pastor recently gave me an audiobook to listen to, and I used your service to get it. Buying the book through Amazon was easy and trustworthy. I listened to it a few times and finished it in just three days. I always used my Amazon login to listen, even though I'm not sure if that's the right way. But it worked out fine for me. Because I have trouble reading, I prefer listening to books, so I'm thankful that my pastor will be sending me more in the future.
Reading app awesome
This app is really cool because you can educate yourself and get motivated by listening to books. It's like having a library in your pocket where you can learn new things whenever you feel like it.
Audiobook selection good, audio quality great, VIP offers not worth it
I bought some audiobooks recently and was really amazed by the selection they had. The audio quality of the ones I listened to was really great and made the whole experience awesome. But I wasn't too impressed with the VIP offers they had - didn't really seem like they added much value to my purchase.
Free trial experience
I signed up for the 30-day free trial and got a free audiobook. But, I was bummed to find out that I didn't actually get 3 credits like I thought. This was confusing and frustrating when I tried to get another audiobook and found out I had no more credits. Plus, I was let down to see that the rest of the series I wanted wasn't even on the site.
Audiobooks app credits
I haven't had a chance to really use the main feature of the app yet. I accidentally used my credits to buy audiobooks and reached out to customer service for help. I haven't heard back yet, but I get that it's probably because I messaged them over the weekend. Hopefully, I'll get some answers soon. Also, it would be helpful if customers were told when a title is a VIP title so they don't use their own credits by mistake. The two credit systems work differently, and I would have made different choices if I knew about this. Thanks!
