    Office chair purchase

    I recently got an office chair from this company, and it ended up being a letdown. The BS11 Pro Chair I picked up was super uncomfortable, with a slick surface that made sitting a real drag. No matter what clothes I tried, I couldn't stop sliding off. Also, putting the chair together was a pain. I had a tough time getting it right, even with help from a professional. So, I've decided to just steer clear of using the chair at all.

    I recently got a standing desk from this company, and I'm really happy with both the product and the customer service. When there was an issue with the delivery address by the shipping company, FlexiSpot's customer support team was quick to fix it. I had been trying to sort it out with the shipping company for a whole week with no luck, but FlexiSpot's rep, Benedict, fixed it in just a few minutes. The level of service went above and beyond, and I'm more than pleased with my purchase. This is actually my second standing desk from FlexiSpot. I got one before and gave it to my husband to help with his back pain. The quality of the E7 model convinced me to get one for myself, and even my sister got one after I recommended it.

    E7 Pro standing desk purchase

    I just bought the E7 Pro standing desk from your company. Overall, the desk is pretty good quality, but I did run into a small problem with the height not being perfect for me. I really wish the E7 Pro could go as low as the E7 model because it would give me more space for my legs and help me avoid any discomfort or pain.

    I just got the Odin 640 lb 4-motor frame and I'm so happy with it. Michelle P from customer service was amazing. She knew her stuff, was super helpful, and made ordering a breeze. She answered all my questions and made sure the quote and order went through quickly. The frame is really solid and sturdy, great for my custom Walnut top.     Comhar Pro with misaligned drawer

    I just got a new Comhar Pro standing desk and the drawer was messed up. I called customer service and Romica helped me out by giving me some tips to fix it on my own. It didn't totally fix the problem, but I'm thankful for the support team trying to help and for offering me a partial refund for the issue.

I struggled a bit with the instructions, but that's probably because I'm not the best at assembling things.     I had this super annoying error message show up on my digital display and I was totally lost on how to get rid of it. I decided to give customer service a call, even though it was after hours, and to my shock, someone actually picked up right away! The person on the other end was talking a mile a minute, but they managed to guide me through the steps to fix the problem in no time.     I just bought a computer holder to put under my desk, and I had to use Velcro straps to attach it to my computer case.     E7 Pro Desk for Sewing Machine and Cutting Table

    My wife just got the E7 Pro Desk for her sewing and cutting projects. The packaging was top-notch - sturdy boxes and plenty of foam and cardboard for protection. Putting it together was a little challenging because the instructions weren't that clear, but we managed to find some helpful videos online. The desk itself is fantastic - it's smooth, sturdy, and exactly what we needed. It might cost more than other desks, but the quality makes it totally worth it.
