I just bought a bikini from this company and I have to say, I am really impressed with how great the quality is. It fits perfectly and is super comfy to wear. The design is super trendy and stylish, just what I was looking for. The material they used is top-notch, you can tell it's great quality because it holds up really well even after I've worn it a bunch of times. I'm really happy with my purchase and would totally recommend this brand to anyone in need of some stylish swimwear.

Effective products, slow shipping
The products really do live up to all the hype and they work wonders. They are way better than anything I've ever gotten from regular stores. But man, let me tell ya, the shipping was a total disaster. It took way too long for them to even pass it off to the courier, and then it was all over the place for weeks. The products are top-notch, but they seriously need to get their act together with the shipping.

Unsolicited Subscription
I made a huge mistake buying from this company, and it's been a nightmare. Their products were terrible, and they sneakily signed me up for a subscription without asking. I tried to cancel and prevent the shipment, but they ignored me. I even sent the package back without opening it, but they won't give me a refund. Now I have to pay for return shipping on something I never wanted. It's a mess.

I was really happy with how quickly I got my results back, especially when I compared it to my husband's experience with a different company. But, I did run into a few technical issues when my mother's haplogroup showed up as a man's name, which was pretty annoying. Luckily, Clare from customer service was super helpful and really worked hard to fix the problem. She even gave me a Viking upgrade as a nice gesture, which I thought was really cool. The results themselves looked amazing and gave me a lot of interesting information. The only thing that bugged me was that they didn't have a tree builder feature, which I think would have made the whole experience even better.

Sit-stand desk troubleshooting and disassembly assistance
The customer service team was really quick and super helpful when my sit-stand desk wouldn't lower right. They gave me clear steps to try and fix the problem myself, and even helped me take the desk apart when I needed to. I'm thankful for how fast they got back to me and how well they fixed the issue.

Return process
I tried to return these pants last week and it was such a mess. I emailed them for help, but they just kept giving me the runaround. It's been so frustrating dealing with their lack of customer service and how long it's taken to sort out this return. I'm honestly thinking twice about buying anything else from them in the future.
