Extra Sofa XXL with sleeping area
I just bought a Sofa XXL with a sleeper option from this company. The sleeper part is super hard, feels like sitting on a picnic table. Can't lay on it without a mattress topper. It's been a month and it's softened up a bit, but still not great for long-term use. Also, the seat cushions have different levels of hardness which is weird. The sofa looks nice but definitely not comfy.

Necklace and earrings
Oh my gosh, I am seriously livid right now!! I bought this necklace and earrings set online for my best friend's birthday gift, and it hasn't arrived yet after 11 days even though I shelled out extra for that super fast shipping. I really wanted her to get it for her birthday, which is coming up this Saturday, and now I'm not sure if it'll even make it in time. And to make things worse, customer service isn't responding to me at all. Ugh, this has got to be my worst shopping experience ever.

Rental car nightmare
I went to pick up my rental car, but they didn't have it. The guy at the desk offered me a massive van that I couldn't even drive. It was totally uncool. He said he would refund my money, but he never did. I was really upset and had to wait forever to get my refund. I attempted to call the manager, but all I got was some person from another country telling me I couldn't speak with them. This place is terrible, do not rent from them!

I think maybe the Innovo system might have caused my period to start early, but I haven't seen anyone else talk about this happening before. It's something to keep in mind, especially for women, since it could possibly mess with your menstrual cycle.
