Large bowl replacement
I accidentally broke my favorite bowl from the GUSTO series that I have in different sizes. I contacted them to see if I could get a replacement, but they told me they didn't sell it separately. But the person I talked to was really nice and offered to send me a new bowl for free since the lid was still good. I was so happy about that! They were quick to resolve the issue and kept me informed the whole time. I got my new bowl in less than a week. Their customer service is really great, I'm impressed!

Wrong Size Clothing
This company is a total disaster. Can you believe I waited a whole five weeks for my order, just to get the wrong size? I tried hitting up their customer service through email, but got nothin'. The lack of communication and crappy service is just not cool. I thought they were gonna be reliable and trustworthy, but boy was I wrong. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of ordering from them.

Necklace and earrings
Oh my gosh, I am seriously livid right now!! I bought this necklace and earrings set online for my best friend's birthday gift, and it hasn't arrived yet after 11 days even though I shelled out extra for that super fast shipping. I really wanted her to get it for her birthday, which is coming up this Saturday, and now I'm not sure if it'll even make it in time. And to make things worse, customer service isn't responding to me at all. Ugh, this has got to be my worst shopping experience ever.

Rental car nightmare
I went to pick up my rental car, but they didn't have it. The guy at the desk offered me a massive van that I couldn't even drive. It was totally uncool. He said he would refund my money, but he never did. I was really upset and had to wait forever to get my refund. I attempted to call the manager, but all I got was some person from another country telling me I couldn't speak with them. This place is terrible, do not rent from them!

I just snagged two 1-day Disneyland tickets for my kiddos using this service. It was super late on October 8th when I made the purchase, but everything went smoothly and was easy to do. Since we could only reserve for the 18th and 20th of October at the Park we wanted to go to, I decided to secure our tickets early. Paying with PayPal was quick, and I got the tickets sent to my email right after booking. I used the 12-character code on my e-tickets to reserve our spot at the park on the Disney website, which all worked out smoothly. I just got the Innovo shorts and I've been using them for about a week now. I've already seen a big improvement in how well I can control my pelvic muscles. But, after using the shorts, I had an unexpected problem. My period came after only 18 days from my last one, which usually doesn't happen to me. It was definitely a surprise. I think maybe the Innovo system might have caused my period to start early, but I haven't seen anyone else talk about this happening before. It's something to keep in mind, especially for women, since it could possibly mess with your menstrual cycle.
