Heated blanket
The entire process was a total nightmare. I bought a heated blanket from this online store and it was a total headache. To start things off, the website was hard to figure out and the checkout process was a mess. Once I finally finished my order, I got a confirmation email with the wrong shipping address. I reached out to customer service right away to fix it but all I got was unhelpful and rude replies. It took days of going back and forth just to get my address corrected.
