Wagmo pet insurance
I signed up for pet insurance thinking it would take care of all my furry friend's needs, but I was completely wrong. When my dog got sick with a new condition, they just flat out denied coverage, claiming it was pre-existing when it wasn't! I provided them with all the documents from the vet, but they still refused. It was a really frustrating situation that got me pretty upset. I thought they would come through, but they didn't seem to care about my pet's health one bit. I had higher expectations, but now I have zero trust in them. I'm definitely on the lookout for a new pet insurance company.
Overpaid dog insurance
I had such a frustrating experience with this dog insurance company. I signed up and paid for months of premiums for my two dogs, thinking they would have the best coverage. But when I needed to file a claim, it took almost 3 months. I sent in all the required documents for both dogs, followed up with emails, and still got denied in the end. The worst part was I was still shelling out high premiums every month, believing I was covered when I wasn't. It was clear they were just leading me on to keep collecting payments without actually giving me the services they promised. It felt like a complete scam, and denying my valid claims made me lose trust in their ability to provide good coverage. Even my vet said she heard similar stories from other clients about this company. In the end, I decided to part ways with them and put my money toward a more dependable insurance provider.
Quick approval and fast payment
This wellness plan is seriously awesome. I've already submitted three claims, and they all got approved super quick, within 24 hours. And the best part? The money was in my bank account the very next morning. I've never dealt with such a efficient pet insurance company before. This plan really makes me feel at ease, knowing my pet is covered if any unexpected medical expenses come up.
Wellness plan purchase
I had a good experience with this company at first when I submitted a claim for their wellness plan, they paid quickly. But the second time I tried to submit a claim, it got rejected with no clear reason given. When I wanted to cancel the policy, I was surprised to see a $200 cancellation fee. It seems fishy to me and I think this company should be reported. Overall, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
Insurance policy purchase
I recently got insurance from this company and man, it was a real letdown. It seems like everybody working there is just not cut out for their job, and it looks like they only got hired because they know somebody. This really affects how they treat their customers, leaving us feeling upset and annoyed. And to top it off, their way of doing business seems shady, with accusations of them breaking the rules with their sneaky tactics. I have emails that prove they messed up big time by not keeping track of leads that were paid for, which is a major no-no in the business world. Overall, my time with this company was a big bummer and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone looking for insurance.
