    Earrings and necklace

    I'm really bummed about my recent shopping trip. I used to be a big fan of this brand, but not anymore. Their customer service is seriously lacking! I tried calling and got disconnected, emailed and got a super late response. It feels like they just don't value us customers at all. I'm really let down by how much they've declined. I think I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

    Oh my gosh, I am seriously livid right now!! I bought this necklace and earrings set online for my best friend's birthday gift, and it hasn't arrived yet after 11 days even though I shelled out extra for that super fast shipping. I really wanted her to get it for her birthday, which is coming up this Saturday, and now I'm not sure if it'll even make it in time. And to make things worse, customer service isn't responding to me at all. Ugh, this has got to be my worst shopping experience ever.

    Charging issues, bracelet quality

    Man, I was really let down by the customer service at this place. I bought some jewelry and got charged twice for it! And get this, they didn't even refund me until after the stuff shipped, which took forever. It's not cool, especially when you're dropping some bucks here. Plus, I'm reading all these bad reviews now about the jewelry, especially the clasp on the bracelet. I hope this doesn't turn into a big headache if the problems aren't fixed. I just wanted a good experience, but now I'm worried.

    Gold Hoop Earrings

    I just bought a pair of gold hoop earrings from this company, and honestly, I was so let down by the whole experience. It took forever to get any kind of response from customer service when my order didn't show up. And when they finally did reach out, they said my order had been sent back to them without telling me. They kept my cash and it looks like they sold my stuff to someone else without even trying to make things right with me. This is just not cool and now I have zero trust in this company.

    Delayed order, lack of customer service

    I ordered some Christmas gifts about three weeks ago, got charged on my card, but still haven't received my stuff. I tried to contact customer service through phone, chat, and email but haven't heard back. This lack of response is making me question if this company is reliable. I'm getting ready to file a report with my credit card company because this feels like theft.

    I got this really cute necklace on December 1st but it never came. I tried tracking it but my order got lost or something - like it's in the Bermuda Triangle or whatever. I emailed them twice and didn't talk to a real person, just a stupid robot! Then I tried calling and was put on hold forever. So annoying!

    Pendant purchase for Christmas gift

    I got a pendant for my granddaughter at your store as a Christmas present. But, when she opened it on Christmas day, she said she would like the same necklace but in gold instead. So, I reached out to your customer service crew right away to see if I could swap it. Unfortunately, they told me that your return policy only works for stuff bought from November 1 to Christmas. Because I got the pendant on October 22, it didn't apply. I felt kinda bummed about this policy, to be honest. I mean, I was just asking for a little bit of wiggle room, only nine days.

    Costume jewelry return

    I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this jewelry brand recently. I returned something back in early December and have been talking to them about getting my money back ever since. But no matter how many emails I send or how many times I try to get in touch, they just won't respond or give me my refund. It's been really annoying and honestly kind of unprofessional how they're handling this. I mean, their jewelry isn't cheap, so I expected better customer service.

    Bracelets that do not fit & earrings and a necklace that look cheap

    This place is a mess just waiting to blow up. I ordered some bracelets for teenagers, and guess what? None of them fit. Can you believe it? 4 girls, and not one bracelet fits. I tried calling them to fix things, but got hung up on every time. Talk about frustrating! And as if that wasn't bad enough, the earrings and necklace I got look like they're from the discount store down the street. Can you say false advertising? I won't be giving them any more of my money. I had no idea their service was this terrible. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

    Necklace instead of earrings

    I recently bought some earrings online, but I got a necklace instead. I tried going to my nearby store for help, but they couldn't do anything since it was an online purchase. I emailed Customer Service a bunch of times, but never heard back. This whole lack of communication and customer service has forced me to dispute the charge with my credit card company.     Necklace for Christmas gift

    I'm so frustrated with this company. I bought a necklace for my daughter in early December as a Christmas gift, but on the 21st, I got an email saying they canceled my order. They said they wouldn't charge me, but I saw the charge on my account. I've been trying to reach out to them to fix this, but their customer service is terrible. No UK phone number, unhelpful chat service, and emails go unanswered for weeks. This has been a total nightmare, and I'm never buying from them again.

    I just bought some jewelry boxes and necklaces online for Christmas, and had to hit up the store to swap one of those boxes. The service I got was top-notch! I goofed and left one of the necklaces in the box I returned, but this awesome saleswoman named Hannah totally saved the day by replacing it for me.     Unreceived gift order

    I ordered a gift that was supposed to come on a certain date. Even though the tracking number said it was delivered, I never got it. I checked my doorbell camera and looked everywhere, but it was nowhere to be found. When I called customer service, they said they'd send another one, but I never got any updates or tracking details after that. I spent almost $200 on jewelry that seems to have vanished. The company's lack of communication and follow-up has made me really unhappy.

    very disappointed in Kendra Scott's return policy, which by the way is null and void. i bought my granddaughters a necklace for Christmas and I bought it in rose gold, which was not what my granddaughter wears. When she tried to exchange, not return it she was told no because it was custom. How hard would it be to put that crystal in a different necklace that was gold. I also was in the store and purchased a necklace for my daughter prior to Christmas and the sales rep. never disclosed to me that it wasn't returnable, I specifically told them I wanted a receipt in case they wanted to exchange it. Will not buy anything from Kendra Scott again and will tell my friends what terrible return policy they have.

    Elisa Rose Gold Pendant Necklace in Iridescent Drusy & Elisa Silver Pendant Necklace in Platinum Drusy

    I bought 2 necklaces (Elisa Pendant Necklaces), 1 in silver and the other rose gold in July 2021 online. I wore them maybe a dozen times over a few months, putting them back in their grey bags each time, never wearing them when I worked out or got into the water. My neck started to turn green, GREEN, I have sensitive skin so immediately stopped wearing them because I will begin to get a rash after my skin turns green and contacted customer service November 25, 2021.
    After MANY MANY back and forth emails I finally was able to ship them back to get them replaced (refund was not allowed anymore). Almost 3 weeks ago I sent both necklaces back in their original grey bags, but now the receiving team is saying I only sent back one. I am floored, this is the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Not only did it take them from November 25, 2021 to today (3/9/2022) to send me replacements for their JUNK product, but now I will never get back the silver one which I did send back.

    Don't waste your money, the qualify of these products is not worth the price. You should consider buying from Park Lane (never turned my neck green or gave me a rash 2 years later) or just buying real silver jewelry for much much cheaper.

    Also had a negative experience. A few months after purchase, even though I had the receipt, the company would not repair a link that broke! Will never ask for nor purchase K/S again. Sad.

    Blue necklace and silver ring with blue stone

    Bought necklace from Kendra Scott, stone changed color from a turquoise color to a dark green that looks dirty..recently purchased a silver ring with quarts blue stone wore for a week and turned finger green..worst company. Way to high priced for cheap not well made fake jewelry. Feels like a scam and a total waste of money. DO NOT WASTE your money here..60-70 ring that turns your finger green? Give me a break absolute garbage.
