Delayed order, lack of customer service
I ordered some Christmas gifts about three weeks ago, got charged on my card, but still haven't received my stuff. I tried to contact customer service through phone, chat, and email but haven't heard back. This lack of response is making me question if this company is reliable. I'm getting ready to file a report with my credit card company because this feels like theft.

Man, I gotta tell ya, the customer service at this place is seriously off the charts. So, get this, I had a problem with my delivery and this lady named Rosie totally swooped in to save the day. She really went the extra mile to sort out my issue, and I gotta give her major props for that. Great customer service like this is super hard to come by nowadays, so big shoutout to Rosie for setting the bar so high. Thanks a ton, Rosie, for all your help!

Rear sliding window for my utility vehicle
I just got myself a rear sliding window for my truck from an online store. The price was awesome and they processed my order super fast. The window was shipped out the next day and I got it in just a few days. It came in a sturdy box and was in good shape. When I checked it out, I saw that all the parts I needed were there and the window was almost all put together already, so installing it was a piece of cake. The only problem I ran into was that the bolts for the top were a bit too short, so I had to go buy longer ones at the hardware store. But it was no big deal and didn't really affect the quality of the window at all. The sliders on the window work great and I'm happy with how everything turned out.

Above ground curved step system
When we ordered the curved step system, we were drawn in by the promise of next day shipping that was front and center on the website. But once we placed our order, we got hit with news of shipping delays, which was a bit of a letdown. Thankfully, the steps came in just a day later than we thought, still faster than some other online shops we've dealt with before. Setting up the steps was a breeze, and they turned out to be sturdier than we expected based on their looks. In the end, we were happy with our purchase and would definitely consider getting accessories from this retailer again in the future.
