    I just got some new running shoes from this shop, and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. The employees really knew their stuff when it came to all the different shoes they had in stock, and they were super helpful in finding the right pair for me. Plus, they were upfront about being linked to a big shoe brand online, which I thought was cool.

    Costume jewelry return

    I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this jewelry brand recently. I returned something back in early December and have been talking to them about getting my money back ever since. But no matter how many emails I send or how many times I try to get in touch, they just won't respond or give me my refund. It's been really annoying and honestly kind of unprofessional how they're handling this. I mean, their jewelry isn't cheap, so I expected better customer service.

    Personal training sessions

    My personal training sessions didn't go as I had hoped. My trainer didn't show up to our last session and missed the make-up sessions we planned. When I tried to schedule another session, they stopped responding. It was really frustrating. I also had some billing problems but they were eventually fixed. Having to contact customer service multiple times for incorrect charges on my credit card was annoying. This whole experience left me feeling disappointed.

    Heavy drapes, uneven length

    The drapes were really thick and did a great job blocking out the light. But man, when I tried pulling them closed, I noticed one side was longer than the other. It looked all crooked and uneven. Kind of a bummer that one set was better than the other.

    Missing stone on bracelet

    I ran into an issue with a bracelet I got that was missing a stone. I reached out to customer service and was pleasantly surprised by how fast they got back to me.     Oversized running shoes

    Returning an item was such a pain! The order history page was blank, the automated assistant wasn't helpful at all, and the customer service line had me waiting forever. I finally got a response after leaving a review. I'll definitely be returning for a smaller size.
