Geek Box kids subscription
I recently signed up for 2 Geek Box kids subscriptions for 6 months for 2 out of my 3 kids. We really liked most of the stuff in each box, except for some items with characters we didn't recognize. Unfortunately, we had to end our subscriptions because the monthly cost got too high for us to keep up with 2 boxes, especially since our third child also wanted one. But we still buy things from the store, especially when they let us know about new Pop! Releases. Even though the items come from overseas, the shipping is pretty quick. We'll keep buying stuff as long as it fits into our budget.

Costume jewelry return
I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this jewelry brand recently. I returned something back in early December and have been talking to them about getting my money back ever since. But no matter how many emails I send or how many times I try to get in touch, they just won't respond or give me my refund. It's been really annoying and honestly kind of unprofessional how they're handling this. I mean, their jewelry isn't cheap, so I expected better customer service.

Heavy drapes, uneven length
The drapes were really thick and did a great job blocking out the light. But man, when I tried pulling them closed, I noticed one side was longer than the other. It looked all crooked and uneven. Kind of a bummer that one set was better than the other.

Missing stone on bracelet
I ran into an issue with a bracelet I got that was missing a stone. I reached out to customer service and was pleasantly surprised by how fast they got back to me. Clara was the one who assisted me, and she was super nice and got things done quickly. It felt like I was just talking to a friend, and she took care of the problem right away. I'm really happy with the help I got from customer service.

I got 3 pairs of jeans and the quality was actually pretty good. But man, the buttons and studs were so cheap, they all fell off...ugh! And I even washed them in cold water.

I recently had an experience with a customer service team that didn't start off so great, but got better as time went on. At first, my order took forever to show up, which was annoying but I get it, things happen. Then when I tried to place another order, the payment system kept messing up and wouldn't go through. It was frustrating and my charges kept getting denied. The customer support team's responses seemed kind of robotic and not very helpful, but after I left a review about my disappointment, they reached out to me and gave me more info about what was going on. I was grateful for their efforts to fix things and they even gave me a discount code for next time.
Even though there were delays and issues with communication at the start, I appreciate that the company worked to address my concerns and find a solution. I'm still not totally sure what was up with the payment problems, but I give props to the team for responding quickly and trying to make things right for me as a customer.Review about: Bali Babe Swim
2 Swimsuits
Ordered two swimsuits for relatively cheap. Paid for two week shipping, have emailed multiple times with no response. Order was placed April 30th, 2020 and as of June 23rd has still not arrived.
I ordered mine the day day and they still havnt come.
