I just bought some jewelry from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how great the products are. They're even better than I thought they'd be and I've gotten so many compliments on them. But, I did have a problem with one item that came damaged. I reached out to customer service and was surprised at how quickly they got back to me. The rep got back to me in just a few minutes and had a replacement item sent out to me within an hour. I'm super happy with the quality of the products and the amazing customer service I got.
Bracelet purchase
I just bought some bracelets from this company, and I have to say, I wasn't super thrilled with them. I mean, I knew they were final sale and all, but I still went ahead and talked about my disappointment on social media. And guess what? The company actually got in touch with me and not only let me return the bracelets but also gave me a full refund. They even covered the cost of return shipping! I have to say, I am seriously impressed by their top-notch customer service and how kind they were to me.

I just made an order and, dang it, it came without one thing I bought. I contacted customer service and I was so happy with how quick and nice they were. In about 15 minutes, they emailed me back saying I could get a replacement or a refund. Malachi from customer service was super professional, nice, and he fixed the problem right away. I've been shopping with them for a long time, and this just made me trust their customer service even more.
Holiday gifts for Daughter
I bought some holiday gifts for my daughter and they were amazing! They looked just like they did on the website. But turns out she didn't like them, so we had to send them back. Thankfully, returning them was a breeze. The customer service was top-notch, especially Latasia and Malachi who were super friendly and helpful. They made the whole thing easy and fast. Plus, I got my money back right away!
Clip-on earrings
I just bought some clip-on earrings for my daughter as a Christmas present. But, when they showed up, one was busted. So, I got in touch with their customer service team, and they were super quick to fix the problem. They sent a new set right out, making sure my daughter could actually wear her gift. Oh my goodness, you guys, I have to tell you about this adorable necklace I got! It was seriously the cutest thing ever. But then, like, disaster struck - the clasp broke! I was totally devastated. So I decided to email the company, and you won't believe it, they got back to me right away! Not only that, they even gave me a refund because the necklace was sold out. Can you believe that? I am all about excellent customer service!

Customer service was amazing! I accidentally put in the wrong address for my order and reached out to the customer care team right away. I recently bought this adorable necklace, but I noticed that one of the gemstones was loose and I was freaking out that it might fall off. Luckily, I reached out to customer service and they were incredibly helpful and quick to assist me. They replaced the gemstone without any issues at all. It was such a great experience!
