Earrings and bracelet
Man, I ordered these really cute earrings and a bracelet from this website, you know? But when the package finally showed up, it was totally empty! Can you believe that? So of course I contacted customer service, and all they said was to talk to the shipping company to file a claim. Like seriously, what?! They didn't even offer to help or send me another package. It's just so frustrating!
