High quality clothing orders
I've been buying stuff from this brand for a while and the clothes are great, but lately their shipping has been a letdown. Two times now my orders have sat for over three weeks without shipping, even though they took my money when I ordered. It's got me worried about their finances and it's super annoying as a customer.

AI Sound Packs
The sound packs they have here are really something else, I gotta say. They've got a great selection with top-notch quality, and the way you can stack them is just awesome. But I ran into a little problem trying to save a stack for the second time, got an error message. It’d also be nice if we could lock channels whenever we want, would make things even better for us users.

There was one time when I had an issue with some gear being damaged or lost during consignment. GearTrade handled it professionally and gave me three refunds quickly. I really value how GearTrade owned up to their mistake and were honest about it.

My experience with this company was super disappointing. The data from their product was way off and I couldn't even use it to track my sleep. And when I tried to leave a bad review on their site, they quickly took it down and even blocked me from their social media. This censorship is not cool and definitely not right.

Glossier has awesome customer service. The folks there are super friendly and always ready to lend a hand, which makes the whole experience super smooth and fun. I recently chatted with Brittney, who was seriously so nice and went out of her way to help me out. Also, Glossier's products are just the best. I've been using their Lash Slick mascara and skincare stuff for a while now, and I can't see myself using anything else. The quality is top-notch and totally worth it. And don't even get me started on their marketing team - they really know how to catch your eye and make you keep coming back for more.

Missing item issue resolved
I just made an order and, dang it, it came without one thing I bought. I contacted customer service and I was so happy with how quick and nice they were. In about 15 minutes, they emailed me back saying I could get a replacement or a refund. Malachi from customer service was super professional, nice, and he fixed the problem right away. I've been shopping with them for a long time, and this just made me trust their customer service even more.

Unhappy with product and refund process
This company has the worst customer service, especially when it comes to returns and refunds. I had to really push to get my money back long after I sent back the stuff I wasn't happy with. And let me tell you, all the replies I got were so robotic, they didn't even acknowledge my actual problem. Dealing with them was just so frustrating and let me down big time.

Fantastic customer service
I had such an amazing experience with the customer service here. The front desk folks were so helpful, even giving me a call when my pet's medication came in. Filip was super friendly and really helped me relax during the appointment. Amy was also great to work with. The vets were really busy but they still made time to get back to me quickly and answer all my questions. Joana, in particular, was an amazing vet who really listened to my concerns and gave me great advice. I'm just thrilled with the service I got here.
