    Newly created account blocked after sending a limited number of emails

    I signed up for an account not too long ago and was bummed when my account got blocked after sending just 60-70 emails. I didn't even get a heads up or reason for why it happened all of a sudden. When I contacted customer service, they weren't very helpful and couldn't give me a clear explanation for the block. Even though they said it was fixed, I still had trouble logging in. Overall, my experience with the service has been annoying and the customer service has fallen short of my expectations.

    Chat inquiry about SMTP service with operator Mirka

    I had a really good chat with Mirka about the SMTP service. She was super knowledgeable, nice, and patient in explaining things that might seem basic to a pro but are a little confusing for someone like me who's not familiar with the field. I thought the service sounded really cool and like it would work well for different things I need. I'm gonna sign up for a trial account to check it out some more.     Efficient customer service and quick issue resolution

    The customer service at this company is really amazing. I had a problem with my purchase and needed help right away.     My account got hacked and I tried reaching out to international customer service for help, but they couldn't figure it out. Finally, I contacted the Italian support and spoke with Francesco. He was able to help me right away and fix the issue. Huge thanks to Francesco!

    I want to share my bad experience with a company I signed up for an email marketing service with. It was a total scam. They took my money, locked my account for no reason, and wouldn't give me a refund. I couldn't send any newsletters like they said I could, and I felt totally ripped off by them.

    Integrated Turbo SMTP into quote form

    I recently added Turbo SMTP to my quote form, but all of my emails are just going straight to spam. I tried reaching out to customer support, but I haven't heard back from them in three days. They keep saying they're testing it, but I haven't seen any improvements yet. It's really frustrating because I feel like my concerns aren't being addressed or resolved.

    Silver plan purchase issue

    I just wanted to tell you about my experience with the Silver plan I bought. I paid $50 for a 1-year subscription, but TurboSMTP didn't put the money in my account. I tried to talk to their live-chat support, but they didn't help at all. Even when I sent them screenshots of the PayPal receipt and emails from TurboSMTP confirming the purchase, they still said they didn't get the payment. It's been really frustrating trying to get this problem fixed!

    Worked great - now not so great

    I used to really like this service and have been using it for a long time because it worked really well. The customer service was always great and quick to help. But things have gone downhill since 2022. Their servers keep getting flagged as spam and it takes forever for them to change your IP address now. It used to be fixed right away, but not anymore. We can't send emails properly because of this problem. It's as frustrating as not having electricity for a week - completely unacceptable! Unfortunately, we're in the market for a new service now because this one just doesn't cut it anymore.

    Easy email sending

    Oh my gosh, I couldn't believe those ads that claim to handle all your emails, but TurboSMTP really does! I had to tweak my settings a bit to get it just right, but once I figured it out, my emails were going out like crazy. The customer service, especially Francesco, was incredibly helpful and understanding. I totally suggest TurboSMTP if you want to make sure your emails actually reach their destination!
