    I just bought some software online and had kind of a mixed time with it. The Jira tool was alright for managing projects, but we had some trouble getting the managers on board with using it well. It felt more like they were micromanaging instead of working together with us. However, the Confluence tool was a total game-changer for our team. It really helped us collaborate and be more productive. We depend on Confluence a lot now, and it's made a big difference in how we work and communicate.

    I really love the stuff I've gotten from this online store - super good quality and the prices are on point. It's all totally worth it, even if shipping takes forever.     I just bought my daughter a dress and I gotta say, I am so impressed with the service from this company. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, from the moment I placed the order. The dress is even better than I expected, and my daughter is over the moon about it.     CBD products and CBD cream

    I've been a loyal customer of this company for over two years now, and let me tell you, they make the best products. I order their 3000 ml dummies on the regular, and they never let me down. The quality is top-notch, so I always order six bottles at a time. Recently, I gave their CBD cream a try, and it was fantastic. Now I'm thinking about trying their CBD vapes since I've only heard good things. Their customer service is also excellent. Once I had a couple of bottles break during shipment, but they replaced them right away without any issues. I really appreciate how they take care to wrap and ship their products, as I had never had any problems with breakage until then. Overall, I trust the quality of their products, especially their dummies which have been a big help with my sleep and stress relief.

    Super cute dress

    I just had to share how cute this dress I bought is! It was perfect for my cousin's birthday party. The color was gorgeous and it fit me like a glove. I only noticed a tiny tear in the seam after wearing it. But when I reached out to customer service, they were super nice and quickly sent me a replacement.     Floral pocket square purchase

    I gotta tell ya, I just bought this awesome floral pocket square from this site for a fancy event, and man was I impressed! Normally, I just grab an old pair of my wife's undies to use as a pocket square (I know, I know, don't judge me), but this time I wanted to step it up a notch for a special occasion with my mom. The floral design grabbed my attention, so I decided to go for it. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint!     I had a great experience booking some local tours through the platform, but I ran into a bit of a problem during the process. I got a little confused when entering my mobile number because I thought the system would add the country code automatically based on my selection. Unfortunately, it didn't, and the tour guide had trouble contacting me on WhatsApp because of that missing country code.

    Clean Boss Cleaner

    I ordered the product on line but never recieved it, then got an email from the company asking for a review of clean boss, so I clicked on the haven't received it. The company said it was damage and couldn't be delivered so they reordered it. That order was delivered wrapped in a plastic bag and the box inside was saturated , dripping wet. I told customer service and they reordered it again for me. Guess what, it was delivered in the same condition. They have a packaging problem. And the product smells bad also. No more for me!

    Electric step through bike

    Before ordering called to make sure I could get through to someone in the company in case I had any warranty issues. $1400 is a lot of money.
    Received a return phone call in less than 30 minutes, was helpful and answered questions..... ordered 2 bikes, they were both delayed more than the estimated 6 weeks. (They were coming out of Oregon, which at that time was having fires, and I was told this was the reason for the delay) Both got shipped on the 8th week and one arrived within a few days, the other showed it was sent to Canada. ( I am in California) When it finally arrived 2 weeks later it came with the wrong charging cord. The cord was designed to be used in the outlets similar to Europe, not the United States. It also had a different name on it which I am guessing is their European branding.
    I sent an email to customer service, and received a response from someone named Eric within a day. I had to take photos of the bike serial numbers and the bike and send it to him. After about a week they did send the charger designed for outlets in the United States.
    After getting a flat tire on the rear wheel, needed to remove the rear wheel to replace or patch the tube. One of the nuts on the rear axle was stripped as I took it off, as was the bolt. Therefore I could not resecure the wheel after fixing the tube. Once again I reached out to customer service via email, to let them know about the issue. Did not hear back for 2 days so I called number listed at bottom of Eric’s email. No answer so I left a message. Received a phone call back in less than a half an hour stating that this was the sales department and to reach customer service you would need to email them. I Let them know I had but had not heard anything back yet, and that is why I was calling. Sales person told me that customer service is a different part of the company and there is no phone number for them that he could give me. Just to email them again.
    Did email again, and did receive an email back from Eric.
    He requested pictures of the issue. I asked for his recommendation of the best way to fix it and solve it. He said they would replace the motor hub which is one piece, and had me order a part from the website for $99. That would be a deposit they would hold until they get old hub back. Did receive a new hub, but it only had the nut that goes over the electrical wire side and not the other one. The previous one was slightly stripped so I did not want to reuse that one. Thought it would be easier just to find one locally to replace it, but local bike shop did not have a replacement, they recommended local hardware store which also did not have the exact replacement. I tried ordering one online from a different place but was not the right one.
    I emailed customer service again, and it has been two days with no response. I tried calling the number at the bottom of Eric‘s last email again to see if maybe they had improved their customer service situation or I could find a way to connect other than email.
    Received call back in less than 30 minutes from the same sales person letting me know they received my message, but could not help me. I would need to contact customer service and send them an email. I let him know that I had sent them an email but had not received a response yet. I shared with him that this bike was a daily commuter to work, and has been out of commission for at least three weeks now trying to get this issue taken care of, so I was needing to pay for other forms of transportation each day to get me to work. He told me again there was nothing he could do, and that he had already gone out of his way to call me back to let me know that email is the only way to reach customer service.
    I told him that I am frustrated that I now have a giant paperweight for last 3 weeks, and that if I want to call and order a bike and give the company $1400 I receive a call back each time in less than 30 minutes, but when I try to talk with someone from customer service regarding issues underneath my two years warranty, there is no phone number for me to call and no one is getting back to me.
    He asked me if I was done?....
    Done with what, I asked
    him. With telling him my frustration? Yes I answered, and that it seems odd to me that you have no way of contacting this other person within your company through email or phone.
    He said he was done with the conversation, that I was mocking the company, and that he already went above and beyond to call me back and redirect me again to email.
    This was the type of issue I was hoping to avoid, especially with a specialty item that I cannot get replacement parts easily for. I had mistakenly assessed The voice to voice quick responses from the sales side before ordering, as something that would carryover on the customer service side. Definitely not the case.
    The components seem like they’re heavy duty. I think the issue comes that with reality of so many moving parts there will be hiccups and bumps just as if you were buying a new car. The hope is that the company will stand behind their product and quickly and efficiently help repair and make right whatever issues there might be. Two year warranty is of NO VALUE if you cannot actually talk to someone or get correspondence back.

    Eric is a straight out liar. I'm now 23 emails in with himiway in just over a month. At one point was told i could buy part from their website. But it was not available to ship. Huh? Do yourself a favor and buy rad or bolton!! Oh btw there so called founder/ceo was an american who did so marketing for them briefly. There whole foundation is built on lies!!!!

    When we called and explained our frustration with delivery being a month late, we were told we only wanted to hear ourselves talk and they hung up. They would not answer again or return any calls since. AVOID, AVOID and AVOID these terrible business people.

    Purchased 8 masks easily. Waited forever for the masks, then get notified they’ll ship. Thank nice I get them all 8 were wrong and they had no idea when the 8 I ordered would be in stock because they weren’t the most popular. Bullshit they were the top 8 listed on their site. Waited 4 hours on chat to get help and tried multiple days, nothing. Then I get through and I’m told they can ship out what’s in stock now and I’ll have it shipped in 48 hours. It’s now been a week and nothing from them. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH IN ALL MY YEARS OF PURCHASING

    Really badass collections!

    I bought a shirt from here and its so cool. Not just the print is good in quality but the quality of the shirt is really amazing.
    I dunno why i never tried this before but i am going to more stuff more.
    The rate is not that expensive but again it can be little bit extra.
    Alpha defence co is recommended for its quality, so no matter what you bought, it will be good.
    Also the services are amazingly good too.

    Seems like they either over extended themselves, or it's a scam company. They don't answer emails or texts, so...

    I placed an ordered on 2/9/20, since then I've written several emails with no response. I cannot get an answer from customer service. When I ordered on 2/9/20 it said 2-5 days delivery. At this point I just want my money back.

    I ordered on 2/5/2020 and got a confirmation that it was received but i haven't received anything else from them. I sent multiple emails in response to the confirmation but also no reply from this Company.

    I ordered on 3/24/20 and received a confirmation. On 3/29/20 I received an email stating to add another 72 hours to my delivery due to protecting their employees .I called to cancel my order but no answer to phones calls or Emails.

    Waited on their chat line for over 40 min. started at #26 in line. Finally got on with Shakira who said she would check into my order status as I never received a tracking number.. Got cut off and bounced back down to # 40 on the list! Still don't know the status of my order. Wish I would have check here before I placed my order.

    I ordered the beginning of Feburary. I asked countless times for an answer as to where my items are and no response. Up until last night 3-30-20 I got a response only because I threatened to take them to court if they dont respond or give me my money back. They sure didnt hesitate to semd it right away. Truly wish I wouldve came here to read the reviews..

    I should have done my due diligence before ordering from a fraudulent company like Alpha Defense. Well this totally sucks.

    Terrible customer service. Don't answer their calls, emails, etc. Such a scam. Just want my money since they are taking forever to send my order. Don't order from them.

    Put an order in 3/34/20, after no returned emails, waited over 90 mins to speak with a csr who still didnt have a tracking number. Company is a fraud. It's now 4-3-20 and still no tracking number.

    This company looks like another scam. I purchased an order back in early February and received a
    conformation number only to be followed by an email. The email said my order was on back ordered. I tried contacting them but no answer. I also tired the on line chat only to very told it will take up to two weeks to get a reply back. Well I guess now its time to make some phone calls. This gas to be put to a stop. This is scamming. Time to pay up.

    Ordered on 3/22 and received my items two weeks later. I was getting a bit worried as I've already been scammed once recently and took about 9 days after purchase to get my email that the order was shipped.     I placed my order on 4/18/2020 and have only received my order confirmation. I swear they took my money before I even hit "Submit Order". All I can say is I'm so glad I had an 80% off coupon! By the sound of it, if I do ever receive my order, I will not be getting the face shields that I ordered. I'm hoping to get them sooner than later for the fact that I am immunocompromised, but I'm definitely not very hopeful after reading all of these reviews. With that being said, as long as I get my order the hubby and I can still use them when we ride the bike. If I don't, they can bet their sweet asses I'll be reporting them to the BBB!

    I really wished I would have checked into this company before ordering. I spent 45 dollars and paid 25 dollars for priority shipping only to figure out this place is a scam, I would have never ordered from them had it not said "VET OWNED"..... Off to the bank I go then to BBB, good luck with your company after all these people send in complaints.

    Orderd a couple of 5 packs so we can share. Everyone wanted a couple of the blackout American flags. Anyways got 15 all black. This was supposed to be split between 5 people for 2 blackouts and 1 black. They shipped 15 solid black which reading these reviews seems to be the normal for them.. Yes quick to take the money.. then instead of sending what we ordered they just went and sent what they wanted. Don't want them, we didn't order all black and wouldn't have ordered if blackout American flag wasn't an option.. Going to give them a chance to make it right but not going to wait another month otherwise going to file a dispute with the CC.
