Printer cable issue
So, man, you won't believe the tech issue I had with my printer. It was making me lose my mind, trying to figure out why it wasn't working! Finally, I reached out to customer service, and they sent over these two tech guys who were really chill. But wow, it took them forever to realize that the printer cable was plugged into the monitor instead of the computer! I tried to hint at it a few times, but they just weren't getting it right away. I guess language barriers can be a challenge. Anyways, once they finally caught on, they fixed it up real fast.

I just went through the whole return process with this online store, and man, their customer service is seriously lacking. It's been three months and I still haven't gotten my refund for the item I sent back, even though they acknowledged receiving it. I've tried reaching out to their support team multiple times, but it's like talking to a brick wall - no response at all. It's obvious they're not planning on sticking to their return policy. Dealing with this has been a real headache, and I'd advise anyone else to be careful with this company's shady business practices.
