Laptop software renewal
I just wanted to say that I absolutely loved this software! It seriously made my laptop run so much faster. However, I'm bummed because now I can't renew it. Do you know if a new version is going to be released soon? My laptop is seriously crawling along right now and it's driving me crazy! ?
Software Purchase Issue
I bought this software thinking it would work great, but it turned out to be marked as end of lifecycle and stopped working only a few months after I bought it. I tried to get a refund, but customer service never got back to me. I found the software somewhere else and tried to use it with my license code, but it still wouldn't work. It kept telling me to uninstall it because it was at the end of its life. Overall, it was a really bad experience with no help at all, and I felt like I got scammed. I definitely wouldn't recommend using their products.

I am so angry and frustrated by this whole situation - I feel like they really ripped me off!

I believe that having this software on your computer is kind of pointless. All you really need is a decent anti-virus, firewall, and maybe a VPN to stay safe online. Don't waste your time and storage on extra programs that will just make your computer run slower. It's better to save your money for something more worthwhile!
