Antivirus, Malware Removal, System Speed
I can't believe how much Restoro has improved my computer performance! I was dealing with two sneaky malwares that no antivirus could detect, but Restoro was able to easily get rid of them. Ever since then, my CPU usage has significantly dropped - from around 20% while playing games to just 7% with multiple tabs and apps open, including a game and a YouTube video. The change is like night and day, and I am really impressed with the results. Even though I only used the free version, the impact it had on my system was amazing. So, man, you won't believe the tech issue I had with my printer. It was making me lose my mind, trying to figure out why it wasn't working! I just bought the software that was supposed to fix my messed-up files on my computer, based on Restoro's suggestion. But when I used it, it didn't actually solve the problems I was having. It detected about 6000 issues, but couldn't really fix them. Even though I was let down, I do appreciate the fast customer service and refund I got. Now, I'm looking for a real PC expert to help me out with the remaining issues on my computer.

One-time use basic plan
I bought the basic plan thinking it was a one-time thing, but turns out it wasn't a plan at all. The fine print said it was only for one use, which was irritating. I tried to upgrade to the premium version but got no response. It's not cool to trick customers into paying twice, that's just not right.
