awesome running shoes
I recently bought some awesome running shoes and they are seriously amazing! They feel like walking on clouds. My feet have never been so happy while running and playing sports. The colors are really fun too, I feel like the coolest kid in town when I wear them. And I'm convinced they make me run even faster!

Birthday gift purchase
I bought a birthday present for my partner at this store, but turns out I picked the wrong scent. I contacted them about exchanging the unopened bottle, but they told me they only accept returns within 30 days. Not great for gift shopping! In the end, I wasn't happy with how it all went down.

Glass item purchased and returned twice due to cracked glass
Man, I gotta say, this company really dropped the ball when it comes to customer service and the quality of their products. I went to the store and bought this glass thing, and guess what? It was cracked when I got it home not once, but twice! Instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience, the customer service rep actually got on my case for not checking it out before I left the store. Like, come on, who has time to inspect every little thing in a packed, dimly lit store? And it gets worse - I ordered something online a week later and it showed up all busted and the box was open. Their big fix for that? Bring it back for a refund, end of story. No other options to make up for all the time and effort I wasted. It's no wonder they practically beg you to join BJ's with their super cheap membership fee - their stuff sucks and their customer service is a joke. I spent more on gas trying to fix their screw-ups than I did on the dang membership. I'm sticking with Costco from now on - BJ's won't last long if they keep up this level of amateur hour.

One-time use basic plan
I bought the basic plan thinking it was a one-time thing, but turns out it wasn't a plan at all. The fine print said it was only for one use, which was irritating. I tried to upgrade to the premium version but got no response. It's not cool to trick customers into paying twice, that's just not right.

Promotion offer mishap
I made a huge order recently and got all hyped up when I saw they were offering extra supplements at a discount. So I went for it, but then my card ended up getting temporarily suspended! I had to go through the whole deal of confirming the transaction with my bank, such a pain. And even though my order was showing up as partially paid, I never heard a peep about the promo. No email, no phone call, not even a carrier pigeon - nothing! I dropped a bunch of money with them, so it would've been nice to get a little bit of extra love from the customer service crew.

Monogram Initial Purchase
I just got a monogram initial from this company and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how nice it is. The size is just right and the paint job on both sides looks really solid and well done. When I got it, I had a hard time deciding where to hang it because it looks so good in every spot I tried. I ordered it on December 13 and with all the mail delays going on, I knew it might take a bit longer to arrive. It actually came on January 11th, which was still in the timeframe since it was custom-made. I wasn't planning on using it as a Christmas gift, so the delay didn't bother me much. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying from them again. If you're thinking about getting one, check out their Facebook or Living Social for any discounts they might have. Highly recommend!
