International transportation services
I recently used this company for international transportation and I was really impressed with how professional and efficient they were. I was a tired solo traveler with a bunch of bags after a long flight when I got to the airport in the morning, so it was a relief to see one of their drivers waiting for me. They had a nice car all ready to take me to my new place on the other side of the world.

The ordering was really easy and simple. I could personalize the ring just the way I wanted with no problems. The customer service team was super helpful and guided me through picking out just the right one. The price was fair for such a nice ring. And it came pretty quickly, arriving in perfect shape.

Birthday gift purchase
I bought a birthday present for my partner at this store, but turns out I picked the wrong scent. I contacted them about exchanging the unopened bottle, but they told me they only accept returns within 30 days. Not great for gift shopping! In the end, I wasn't happy with how it all went down.

Glass item purchased and returned twice due to cracked glass
Man, I gotta say, this company really dropped the ball when it comes to customer service and the quality of their products. I went to the store and bought this glass thing, and guess what? It was cracked when I got it home not once, but twice! Instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience, the customer service rep actually got on my case for not checking it out before I left the store. Like, come on, who has time to inspect every little thing in a packed, dimly lit store? And it gets worse - I ordered something online a week later and it showed up all busted and the box was open. Their big fix for that? Bring it back for a refund, end of story. No other options to make up for all the time and effort I wasted. It's no wonder they practically beg you to join BJ's with their super cheap membership fee - their stuff sucks and their customer service is a joke. I spent more on gas trying to fix their screw-ups than I did on the dang membership. I'm sticking with Costco from now on - BJ's won't last long if they keep up this level of amateur hour.

One-time use basic plan
I bought the basic plan thinking it was a one-time thing, but turns out it wasn't a plan at all. The fine print said it was only for one use, which was irritating. I tried to upgrade to the premium version but got no response. It's not cool to trick customers into paying twice, that's just not right.
