Aligner purchase
Buying aligners from Byte was super easy and convenient. Everything from ordering the impression kits to making the molds and then ordering the aligners was laid out clearly and simple to understand. The person who helped me with the molds and my Byte Advisor were both really friendly and walked me through everything with skill and knowledge. Dealing with insurance was a breeze too, which made it less of a headache to figure out coverage. I definitely suggest Byte to anyone wanting a smooth and successful treatment experience.

I was really looking forward to using this software to unlock my iPad's passcode and activation lock, but it was a huge letdown. The website promised it would be compatible with iPads, but once I bought it and tried it out, I realized it only works with older models. It's so annoying! And to top it off, their supposed money-back guarantee is practically impossible to claim.

Boots, shoes, belt
I've had some pretty frustrating experiences with this company. The boots I got for me and my son took forever to show up, way longer than they said they would. The boots themselves were alright, but the shipping delays were just not cool. And then there were the shoes I got for me - total letdown. They finally arrived after weeks in a box that was wet and beat up. The shoes were all wet, bent out of shape, didn't fit right, and just looked cheap. The inserts were all loose, so wearing them was uncomfortable. And to top it off, the color was totally off from what was advertised, which just made me even more mad. The belt I bought to match wasn't any better - looked unfinished and definitely was not worth what I paid.

I've been part of a photo editing tutorials membership since March, and it's been such a great investment. I've learned so much about Lightroom and Photoshop that I find incredibly valuable. Each lesson I go through either teaches me something new or just makes things click for me. I really like that they have continuous learning paths for both Lightroom and Photoshop, along with weekly updates on different topics. The content they provide is really good quality, and I definitely plan on renewing my membership next year. Huge props to the team for all their hard work and dedication.

I was really looking forward to getting my mystery makeup package in the mail, but then I found out I was charged $98 for items I didn't even select! When I tried to get a refund, they told me they couldn't because I'm in Canada. And get this - they claimed they couldn't even find the order in their system, even though they managed to charge me and ship out the products! The customer service rep was completely dismissive and rude. I feel so scammed, ugh!

I purchased a 5Gb eSIM for China expecting it to work, but it turned out to be a total disappointment! Luckily, I found one from Nomad for a cheaper price and it worked much better. The Airalo eSIM took forever to connect in Beijing and didn't work at all in Shenzhen. I reached out to their customer support, but they weren't helpful at all. On the other hand, my Nomad eSIM worked perfectly. My advice is to steer clear of Airalo!

I was really let down by the orthopedic shoes I bought. They were low quality and seemed like fake ones you can get on AliExpress for way cheaper. Even though I ordered a UK size 7, they felt too tight on my feet. On top of that, returning them is a pain because I have to send them back to Poland at my own cost. I wouldn't recommend trusting the product descriptions or reviews on their website because they seem off. It was a total waste of my time and money.
