Hotel reservation issues
I was so upset with my experience using this hotel reservation service. When I needed to cancel my reservation, I called the number they gave me, but all I got was a robotic message asking for money for directory assistance or telling me to call another number for mobile users. It was so annoying trying to cancel my reservation. Finally, I had to contact the hotel myself, only to find out they didn't have my reservation under my name, but under a completely different company name. And to top it off, I realized my credit card was charged for a deposit that the hotel never even received. Dealing with all of this has been a huge hassle and stress, and now I have to go through my bank to fix these wrong charges.
Hotel booking for extended parking
My hotel booking for extended parking was super easy. I tried to book by myself, but ran into problems when I wanted to add more parking nights on the hotel's site. Luckily, Park Sleep Hotels handled it all for me. They gave me exactly what I needed for a great price, even cheaper than parking for fewer nights. The whole thing went smoothly and the staff made sure all my needs were taken care of.

I recently booked a parking spot and hotel room using this service. But when I tried logging in, I had a bunch of issues. My usual password didn't work, so I had to reset it. I just booked a park and stay reservation at this popular hotel chain through this company and man, it was a total nightmare. I tried to cancel online way ahead of time, like over a week before I was supposed to show up, but they didn't cancel it. So now I'm getting charged for a night that I didn't even stay. Trying to sort this all out with parksleephotels and the hotel has been such a pain, and it doesn't look like it's getting fixed anytime soon. If I could rate this whole mess zero stars, you bet I would.
Reservation cancellation inconvenience
My recent experience trying to book a room at this hotel was a total headache. I made a reservation, got a confirmation ID, and then got hit with the news that my booking had to be canceled because they had too many reservations. I get that things can go wrong, but it's not cool for the booking website to just leave me hanging with no compensation. The lack of communication between the hotel and the website left me feeling frustrated and let down. I think a better solution would have been for them to book me a room at a different hotel with similar features and cover any extra costs. Both the hotel and the website dropping the ball on this and showing a total lack of care for customers is just not professional.
Overpriced and unreliable booking service
My experience with this booking service was really frustrating. I thought it would be easy to make a reservation on their site, but it was a total scam. I ended up paying more than I would have if I had just booked directly with the hotel, and they even took a deposit without actually making the booking. This place is a total nightmare. I booked a hotel stay and right away, I knew I messed up. The email confirmation they sent me was a complete mess - couldn't hardly read it. When I tried to cancel through the link they gave me, they were asking for info that wasn't even in the confirmation email. I reached out multiple times, explaining everything and asking for my money back, but all I got back was a generic response saying they're swamped and will get back to me when they can. It's been days now and I'm still waiting to hear something. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.

They charged me nineteen bucks for my reservation and then shot me an email a week before my trip saying it was canceled with no explanation. I didn't even get my money back - shady move if you ask me.

Had a terrible experience with booking. They promised us a place to stay but when we got to the hotel, they turned us away. I wouldn't recommend using this service.
Hotel price mix-up
The hotel told me the price would be $188, but when I got there it ended up being $230! Then I tried to call customer service during their supposed hours, but they were closed! Really frustrating. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Hotel reservation
So, I was really excited to book a hotel room for my trip, you know? But then, oh my gosh, when I got the confirmation, the price was totally different than what I expected! They charged way more than what was originally shown and I couldn't even get a refund on the deposit. Ugh, so annoying! But I went ahead and confirmed the reservation myself and luckily got a room. But when I tried to talk to the hotel about the price mix-up, they were completely unresponsive. And contacting support at the hotel? No luck there either. And don't even get me started on the parking rates - such a rip-off compared to what I saw online! But, I'm hopeful that being part of a big chain, we can figure things out. I was in a hurry and just clicked without thinking, but now I know I need to be more careful. They got me with the booking fee, not cool. The hotel really needs to provide better explanations, for real!
Booked hotel, had to cancel, helpful service
I was super pumped for my trip, but last minute I had to cancel. Luckily, Carrie came in clutch like a superhero on the phone and sorted everything out in no time. She canceled the hotel, got my deposit back, and even called me back to make sure I was good to go. She made everything so smooth and easy - she really saved the day!
Refund issue
I had the worst time dealing with this company trying to get a refund. I tried reaching out for a whole week, but no luck getting through to anyone. It was really frustrating and made me feel let down by their customer service. I definitely wouldn't suggest using this company after my experience.

My experience with this site was so frustrating. I booked a hotel with parking for a week using this platform, got a confirmation number, and thought I was all set for my trip in June. My park sleep hotel stay
So, like a bunch of other folks have mentioned, when we finally arrived at the hotel we booked online, they're all, "Sorry, we don't have a record of your reservation." Ugh, what a pain in the neck. We had to just chill and wait around while they whipped up a new one for us. Who has time for that when you're racing to catch a flight, you know? And then, get this, when we were already at the airport, I saw a couple charges on my mom's credit card that we didn't recognize. What's the deal with that, huh? Are they trying to pull a fast one on us and get us to cough up double the dough? I'll definitely be disputing one of those charges when we get back.<br><br>On top of all that, we had to show them the confirmation on our phone, give 'em a credit card, AND write down our car's deets. I mean, seriously, can't they handle all that themselves? It's so much simpler to just bite the bullet and pay a little extra to park at the airport.
Hotel stay reservation with parking included
I just booked a hotel through this service and was happy to see that parking was included. But then I got my confirmation letter and saw there was no mention of parking. When I called to ask about it, they told me the rate would go up if I wanted parking. It felt kind of deceptive, and I would tell others to watch out for this.
Last-minute cancellation
I am so frustrated with this place, I swear I will never make the mistake of booking with them again. They took my reservation, gave me a confirmation number, and then what do you know, turned around and said the hotel was full eight hours later. Can you believe that? How does that even happen? And of course, it had to be for the next night when everywhere is booked up, so now I'm freaking out trying to find a new place to crash. It's just not cool, it's bad business all around.

Well, cost factor is not a plus point at all as similar not over charged too What is to be taken care as shard my opinion with manager their while checking out Each and every penny which is payable to you including taxes should be quite same as offered to customers either directly or through agent
Last minutes disappointment over any charges either small or big always goes against the hood will of hotelier and hotel
