Overpriced and unreliable booking service
My experience with this booking service was really frustrating. I thought it would be easy to make a reservation on their site, but it was a total scam. I ended up paying more than I would have if I had just booked directly with the hotel, and they even took a deposit without actually making the booking. And when I tried to get help, none of the contact info on the site worked. It was so irritating to find out I got played and that my credit card info might be at risk.
