Park and stay reservation
I just booked a park and stay reservation at this popular hotel chain through this company and man, it was a total nightmare. I tried to cancel online way ahead of time, like over a week before I was supposed to show up, but they didn't cancel it. So now I'm getting charged for a night that I didn't even stay. Trying to sort this all out with parksleephotels and the hotel has been such a pain, and it doesn't look like it's getting fixed anytime soon. If I could rate this whole mess zero stars, you bet I would.
