Recent clothing purchase
When I first thought about placing an order, I was kinda unsure because I had seen some mixed reviews online about slow shipping and iffy clothes. But I decided to take a chance and order a few things anyway. When my stuff didn't show up as fast as I wanted, I got in touch with customer service for help. They got back to me really quick and helped me find my second package right away. When my stuff finally arrived, it was on time and fit well and felt comfy. As a medium size, I was happy to see that the clothes were true to size, which was nice. Most of the clothes looked just like they did in the pictures, but I did notice that the camo pants weren't super high quality like I had hoped. But for the prices, I guess it's not too surprising. Overall, I was happy with my purchase and will definitely think about shopping here again for some cool stuff at a good price.

I sold one book and received payment no problem, but it's been almost a year now and still no payment for the other book. I've reached out to customer service several times, and all I get are excuses for the delay. I'm starting to think they've actually stolen my textbook.

I tried out the video converter and I was really impressed with how fast and accurate it was. The converted videos came out perfectly and I could easily edit them in my word processor. I'm definitely planning on using this service for my future video projects.

Limited edition clothing items
I was really let down by my first time shopping at this place. I bought some cool limited edition clothes, but the package got lost in the mail. And on top of that, I didn't even get an apology or any offer for a discount in the future for all the trouble. It took a whole month before they finally gave me a refund, since the stuff I ordered was all gone. It was a pretty bad experience that makes me not want to shop there again.

Awesome graphic tees
I love ordering from this place because the t-shirts are always so cool and the quality is top-notch. I recently got a new shirt and it was just as amazing as all the others I've bought. The size was perfect and the colors were really vibrant. I've washed it a bunch of times and the print still looks brand new. I definitely recommend this place for awesome tees!

Toolbox and work gloves
I went to buy a toolbox and some work gloves from this store, but it was a mess! My mom gave me a 10% off coupon, so I figured I'd use it there. I picked out what I wanted, entered the code, and it didn't go through! I called customer service to figure out why, and the guy told me the coupon was only for tools from a certain brand. It wasn't mentioned on the coupon! Eventually, I just canceled my order and went somewhere else to get what I needed. Total waste of time!

Wow, I absolutely love ordering things from here. They seriously have everything I need for my computer. The customer service is amazing, and the prices are really good too! Not to mention, the delivery is incredibly fast - I never have to wait long to receive my items. I did have a problem once, but Jacqueline was so nice and helped me out immediately. I always recommend Newegg to all my friends, it's seriously the best!

I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered an England Rugby jersey and even though they took my payment, my order just sat there for 10 days with no movement. I tried to reach out to customer service through email, but my email got sent back. The phone line wasn't working and the chat feature wasn't connecting me to a real person. I ended up having to open a PayPal case to get a refund. It's obvious that this company can't or won't fulfill orders on time. I suggest staying away from this company and any others run by the same people.

I totally bought this flashlight battery online a few years ago, and it cost me a lot back then. But now, I needed a new battery and turns out, it got discontinued! I was so disappointed. Medium suitcase bought in September, 2022
I bought this medium suitcase back in September 2022, but it got all messed up at one of the corners after just a few trips. I reached out to Customer Service and they replaced it for me, but then the wheels on the new one started falling apart after a few more trips. My wife got a similar size bag from a different company and hers has been totally fine with no issues at all. It's really frustrating because Travelpro has been around for so long and is supposed to be a good brand, but this bag just didn't hold up like I expected.

I just bought an Oppo Find X7 Ultra from this company, but they ran out of stock when I ordered it. However, when it finally arrived, they surprised me by upgrading my order to the version with higher RAM without charging me extra. I was really happy with the unexpected upgrade, it went above and beyond what I was expecting. The customer service was great too, they were super helpful the whole time. Order protocol restrictions
The ordering process was so frustrating because they have these strict rules that don't let you make any changes or cancel once you hit that order button. I found out the hard way when I tried to switch something up real quick and was told it was too late because my order was already in the warehouse. The customer service rep basically said I'd just have to sit tight, wait for it to be sent out, and then deal with returning it. It's a real letdown and a pain for us customers that they don't offer more flexibility in their system.

The Asana relaxed pants are my absolute favorites! I seriously can't get enough of them - I have them in every color and literally rock them every day of the week, whether it's a Monday at the office or a Sunday lounging around. Last-minute cancellation
I am so frustrated with this place, I swear I will never make the mistake of booking with them again. They took my reservation, gave me a confirmation number, and then what do you know, turned around and said the hotel was full eight hours later. Can you believe that? How does that even happen? And of course, it had to be for the next night when everywhere is booked up, so now I'm freaking out trying to find a new place to crash. It's just not cool, it's bad business all around.
