I think Earnin is a pretty good cash advance app. One thing I really like is that there are no fees for membership or subscription, which is a big bonus compared to other similar apps. You can also choose to tip $0 if you want, which I think is a nice touch. The only downside is that Earnin needs you to always have your location on to get an advance, which made me feel a bit uneasy. So, I changed my settings to only allow location when I'm using the app. Even with that change, the advances still worked fine. As for customer service, I've found the live chat support to be helpful and quick whenever I've had questions.

When I first thought about placing an order, I was kinda unsure because I had seen some mixed reviews online about slow shipping and iffy clothes. But I decided to take a chance and order a few things anyway. When my stuff didn't show up as fast as I wanted, I got in touch with customer service for help. They got back to me really quick and helped me find my second package right away. When my stuff finally arrived, it was on time and fit well and felt comfy. As a medium size, I was happy to see that the clothes were true to size, which was nice. Most of the clothes looked just like they did in the pictures, but I did notice that the camo pants weren't super high quality like I had hoped. But for the prices, I guess it's not too surprising. Overall, I was happy with my purchase and will definitely think about shopping here again for some cool stuff at a good price.

And on top of that, I didn't even get an apology or any offer for a discount in the future for all the trouble. Medium suitcase bought in September, 2022
I bought this medium suitcase back in September 2022, but it got all messed up at one of the corners after just a few trips. I reached out to Customer Service and they replaced it for me, but then the wheels on the new one started falling apart after a few more trips. My wife got a similar size bag from a different company and hers has been totally fine with no issues at all. It's really frustrating because Travelpro has been around for so long and is supposed to be a good brand, but this bag just didn't hold up like I expected.

The ordering process was so frustrating because they have these strict rules that don't let you make any changes or cancel once you hit that order button. I found out the hard way when I tried to switch something up real quick and was told it was too late because my order was already in the warehouse. The customer service rep basically said I'd just have to sit tight, wait for it to be sent out, and then deal with returning it. It's a real letdown and a pain for us customers that they don't offer more flexibility in their system.

Last-minute cancellation
I am so frustrated with this place, I swear I will never make the mistake of booking with them again. They took my reservation, gave me a confirmation number, and then what do you know, turned around and said the hotel was full eight hours later. Can you believe that? How does that even happen? And of course, it had to be for the next night when everywhere is booked up, so now I'm freaking out trying to find a new place to crash. It's just not cool, it's bad business all around.
