Excellent products
Useful products for emergency usages ,almost for everyone.
I have few flashlight torch ,light weight and rechargeable ,easy to carry even in pockets.Long time used batteries ,needed to replace plus for some emergency usages some extra batteries I ordered Nitecore 18450 with 3400 power .
Unfortunately this time particular parcel returned to seller as informed by logistic company.Fortunatley dropped contact card helped me to re initiate delivery to me.But took time to re despatch ,and finally delivered after four days .Here I can say this is communication failure else I could manage in first time.Prices are never been any issue so far.Overall this is a reliable company where no quality issues noticed so far.4400 Lumen EDC light purchase
As someone who used to be in the Navy and worked in private security, I've used a ton of TacLights in my time. So when I saw an ad for a 4400 Lumen EDC light from this store, I was kinda skeptical at first. But let me tell you, after using it consistently for four years now, I can say with confidence that this light has totally exceeded all my expectations. It's even outperformed brands like PowerTac, Fenix, Streamlight, and Helius. The quality and durability of the i4000R have really impressed me, and now I'm thinking about getting the new TM12K. I definitely recommend this store to anyone in the security and law enforcement field.
LED Flashlight purchase
At first, I was bummed about how long it took for my LED flashlight to arrive. But once it finally came, I was really impressed with how well-made it was. I decided to order another one from a legit seller and it got here much faster. The second light I got had a small issue, but they fixed it right away. I also got some low temp batteries for them and they came super quickly and work great. I'll admit, I was quick to give a bad review because of the slow shipping, but now that I have the product, I love it. It's a bummer when you get a dud, but hey, that's life for ya.

I just bought this really awesome flashlight from this store and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how great it is. It's super durable, crazy bright, and the battery lasts forever. expensive flashlight
Dude, let me tell you what happened! I splurged on this really fancy flashlight, thinking it was gonna be top-notch. But man, after using it only a few times, it started getting crazy hot... what a huge letdown!
Broken flashlight glass replacement.
I've been trying to get the glass on my flashlight fixed, but it's taking so long! I keep sending emails, but they're super slow to respond. I just really want my flashlight to work like it should again!
LED flashlight purchase
I had a really great time at the store. They had a ton of LED flashlights to choose from, making it super easy to compare and find the perfect one for me. The whole shopping process was smooth, and checking out was a breeze. What really blew me away was that my order was shipped out the same day - now that's impressive! I just got a flashlight from this store and I gotta say, the delivery was super quick. It only took 3 days from when I ordered it, way faster than I thought. The flashlight seems to be working fine and it's exactly what I was hoping for. I really like how fast and reliable this store is.
Defective charger replacement
I bought a charger from the store not too long ago and ran into some problems with it. The first one I got didn't work at all, so I took it back and exchanged it for another one. But, even the replacement charger had problems when I tried to put in more than one battery - the lights kept flickering and the batteries wouldn't charge right. When I told the store about it, they just kept saying it was because I was using different batteries. All in all, dealing with this charger has been pretty disappointing and annoying. I'd recommend being careful if you're thinking about getting a charger from this store.
TIP SE Flashlight purchase experience
My TIP SE Flashlight that I got from the store crapped out on me after just a few months. When I reached out to the store to see if they could help me fix it under warranty, they hit me with the news that I had to foot the bill for shipping both ways. I ended up shelling out more to ship it back to them than what the darn flashlight cost in the first place - talk about a major bummer. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them anymore.
Nitecore UT27 head torch
I bought two Nitecore UT27 head torches and man, what a bummer! Both of them had broken hinges after only 5 uses. The quality on these things is seriously lacking, I was expecting way better from this brand.
Flashlight purchase
I just bought a flashlight from the store and man, I was let down by the quality. It was pricey and didn't work as well as I hoped. Plus, the customer service was no good, Antony Cole never really helped me out, just made excuses. It was frustrating and made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. The UK website was a mess too, had to turn off pop-up blockers just to buy the thing. Overall, not happy with my purchase at all.
Flashlight
I thought I was being a savvy shopper when I went to buy a new flashlight from that store, but man, was I wrong. As I was getting ready to check out, I got redirected to some PayPal donation page for who knows who. That definitely made me raise an eyebrow - why was I suddenly on a different site asking for my payment info again? Something fishy was going on there, for sure. And then the price of the flashlight was crazy low, like too good to be true low. It's common knowledge that super cheap prices usually mean it's a scam. So, I just want to warn everyone out there to be super careful and not fall for those sneaky tricks.
Flashlights
I just bought a few flashlights from this store, thinking they were gonna be really good quality and last a long time. But, after using one of them carefully and not too often for just about a year, it started acting up - flickering and just not working right. So, I decided to contact customer service, hoping they could help me out, but I was super disappointed. The warranty had just expired and all they offered me was a coupon for a new flashlight or the option to send it to China for a costly repair. It's really frustrating that they didn't take responsibility for a product that clearly had issues with how it was made. I'm definitely gonna start looking somewhere else next time I need a flashlight.
Flashlight battery purchase
I totally bought this flashlight battery online a few years ago, and it cost me a lot back then. But now, I needed a new battery and turns out, it got discontinued! I was so disappointed. When I contacted customer service, they just brushed me off, telling me to look for it elsewhere or call the manufacturer. Seriously? Shouldn't they help me, considering I bought it from them? It's like they don't even care about their customers. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.
MT1A Flashlight
My MT1A Flashlight was working fine at first, but as soon as I switched out the battery, it crapped out on me! I tried out a bunch of different AA batteries, even tried stretching out the spring, but no dice. Now I'm stuck with this pricey flashlight that's just sitting there, useless. And to make matters worse, there's no customer support available online or over the phone here in the US. It's a total nightmare, and I'm not the only one. Check out other reviews and you'll see. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. Go for a USA-made alternative that's actually worth your money!
Battery pack malfunction
I bought a battery pack at the store not too long ago, but it ended up being a dud. At first, it was all good and charged up fine a couple of times. Then, when I took it with me on a hiking trip to lighten my load, it crapped out on me. I had to lug around extra weight for no reason and it really let me down. The quality was definitely a letdown and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.
