I do these surveys between meetings and on the train. It feels like easy little bits of cash that add up. The interface is straightforward and the questions are usually fine. So I finished a survey, hit every question, got the “thank you for your participation” page — everything looked normal. Then I was bounced back to the site and it showed the survey as “not qualified.” No reward, nothing. That feels wrong. It seems like a tracking or redirect problem between the survey host and the platform. I tried to follow the normal steps. I messaged support. I sent follow-ups. Months passed. No reply. That’s the worst part. Losing the time you spent is annoying, but not getting any acknowledgement or help is what really wears you down. I keep trying other offers because it’s a handy way to earn a little, but this kind of glitch makes me hesitant to rely on it for regular side income. If they fixed the tracking and actually answered support messages, I’d use it more. Right now it’s usable, but only if you accept that some completed surveys might not credit and you’ll probably get no help. Frustrating and avoidable.
Quick reality check
Halfway through answering questions I was thinking I'd wasted my time, I'd been burned before by other survey sites, but this one at least filters you out fast instead of stringing you along. That saved me minutes. Still, the pay is weak and minimum withdrawal of £25 is annoying compared with other sites. I'm cautiously content with the UX, annoyed about the cash.
