Mocktail purchase
I used to think this product was terrible and gave it a 1-star review. But after taking another look and trying out different combinations, my feelings have totally changed. At first, I didn't like the taste at all and didn't want to drink it straight. But when I started mixing Ritual Zero Proof into different mocktail recipes, I realized it actually brings a cool flavor and tones down the strong taste of the drinks. I really like how versatile this product is and how it can make non-alcoholic drinks more enjoyable.

The stuff I ordered was exactly as I expected, just like in the pictures. The fabric was nice and soft, you know, good quality like they said. The colors were bright and didn't fade after washing, which was awesome. And let me tell ya, the delivery was quicker than I thought it would be, which is always a good thing. Overall, I'm real happy with what I got and for sure will be ordering from them again.

Cardboard dump bin order

Reservation cancellation inconvenience
My recent experience trying to book a room at this hotel was a total headache. I made a reservation, got a confirmation ID, and then got hit with the news that my booking had to be canceled because they had too many reservations. I get that things can go wrong, but it's not cool for the booking website to just leave me hanging with no compensation. The lack of communication between the hotel and the website left me feeling frustrated and let down. I think a better solution would have been for them to book me a room at a different hotel with similar features and cover any extra costs. Both the hotel and the website dropping the ball on this and showing a total lack of care for customers is just not professional.

I just got my second Larq water bottle and I gotta say, it's really been exceeding my expectations. The first one was actually a gift, but my partner loved it so much that I had to get him the Movement bottle too. It's lighter and great for when we're on the move, but still just as top-notch quality as the first one.

sneakers
I just bought a new pair of sneakers and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed with how they turned out. I've been buying from this company for years and never had any problems until now. It seems like the quality check has been going downhill lately because the sneakers I got had glue stains and scratches all over them. Plus, I noticed the front toe rubbers can get easily scratched, and it makes me wonder why they don't have a protective film to prevent that. Seems like a simple fix that would make a big difference in the quality of their product.

And as if that wasn't frustrating enough, they made the whole return process a nightmare - I almost missed the deadline! What's the deal with having a return policy if you make it a major hassle to actually use it?

I tried buying two different cables, but still had the same issue, so we figured out the soundbar was messed up. Now, I have to deal with sending it back and waiting at least two weeks for my money back. It was such a frustrating and time-consuming mess, and I am super disappointed with the whole thing.
