Dress return cost
I bought a dress online not too long ago, but it didn't fit right when I tried it on. I was bummed to see that I'd have to pay half the cost of the dress just to return it. It was a bummer because I'd only get half my money back if I sent it back.

SX Mini MX purchase
I bought the SX Mini MX about two months ago and it's been nothing but trouble from the start. I contacted customer service and even sent a video to show the problems, but they wouldn't replace the defective product. I'm really disappointed with the lack of help and I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company again.

Hotel reservation at your location
This place is a total nightmare. I booked a hotel stay and right away, I knew I messed up. The email confirmation they sent me was a complete mess - couldn't hardly read it. When I tried to cancel through the link they gave me, they were asking for info that wasn't even in the confirmation email. I reached out multiple times, explaining everything and asking for my money back, but all I got back was a generic response saying they're swamped and will get back to me when they can. It's been days now and I'm still waiting to hear something. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.

Misplaced delivery, poor resolution
I recently had a really bad experience with Quince. They messed up and delivered my order to the wrong address. I tried to fix it but couldn't. I had to keep calling them to try and get it sorted out, which was super annoying. They eventually said they'd send me another order, but they wouldn't rush the shipping to make up for the mistake. I ended up waiting weeks for my stuff. I think businesses should take better care of their customers, and Quince didn't do right by me.
