    Delayed order cancellation

    I actually went through something similar with a delayed order cancellation. I placed an order that never showed up, even though it still said it was in stock days after I ordered. I waited for weeks and nothing arrived, so I finally decided to cancel the order. But their customer service was no help at all, and ever since then, I've been getting tons of spam emails. It's really not cool to harass people like that online, and it's not a good look for the company. I used to be a loyal customer of their other brands, but this whole thing has definitely made me think twice about buying from them again.

    Unacceptable service experience

    I had a really bad experience with this company. The service was terrible, I had to wait for hours just to get a negative and unhelpful outcome. The product I ordered was supposed to be in stock, but I couldn't get it shipped until 3 weeks later. And then there was an extra 10 days for shipping on top of that. I couldn't even cancel my order because it was already "in process". If I needed to return the product, I'd have to pay $9.99 to use their return label, while the post office would only charge $4 for theirs. Plus, they charged me $5.99 to ship the product in the first place. Two weeks ago, my order cost me $20, including shipping, even though the product wasn't ready to ship. I'm glad I didn't buy other items that were supposed to be "in stock". It's not smart for consumers to do business with this shady group, especially since FULL BEAUTY filed for Chapter 11 in 2019. I can't imagine the hassle of trying to return or get a refund with their ever-changing policies, as told by El Paso staff. It's weird that the headquarters are in New York, customer support is in El Paso, and the warehouse is in Indianapolis. My advice to others is to steer clear of these companies, they'll definitely try to take advantage of you if they can.

    Misleading purchase

    This company's customer service is terrible. After getting the wrong item in my order, it was a nightmare trying to fix it. I had to pay for return shipping and a fee. And when I tried exchanging a sweatshirt for a smaller size, it was a mess. I never even got a refund for the returned item. Dealing with their customer service team was so frustrating. It seemed like they didn't care about helping me, just taking my money.

    Order issue with customer service

    Man, I was just trying to order stuff online and use my credits and promos, y'know? But lemme tell ya, it was a total disaster. Spent a whole hour on the phone with customer service trying to fix it all. And guess what? They straight up deleted my order. Poof, gone. So now I'm outta luck with my credits and promos. Can you believe that? I was fumin', man. Just wanted to scream.

    Discounted items with billing issue

    I recently bought some stuff from this company because they were having a sale. But when I checked my bank account, I saw that they charged me way more than I was supposed to pay. I called customer service and found out they double charged me and didn't give me the discount. It was a pain to wait for the items, send them back, and then wait all over again for my refund. It ended up taking over a month to fix everything, and I lost money because of their mess-up. I was super bummed about the whole thing and won't be buying from them again.

    Oversized dress purchase

    The company's size recommendations for the dress I ordered were way off - it was huge and didn't fit me at all. I tried to exchange it, but the customer service was terrible. So, I just decided to return it. Then, I found out they were charging me $11.00 for a "processing fee" to drop it off. Dealing with this company and their fees has been a pain, and I definitely don't want to do it again.

    Disappointing experience

    As someone who bought something from this company, I gotta tell you, it was a total letdown. I ordered something a month ago and still haven't gotten it. They took my money right away, but there's been no sign of my order since. The fact that they haven't kept me in the loop or been straight with me is just not cool. I've tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but they just don't seem to care. Dealing with this has been super annoying and it's made me regret shopping here.

    I ordered this cute blue and white maxi dress, but guess what? They sent me this hot pink silk and lace dress instead. Can you believe that? So, I reached out to customer service, and they said I could get a gift card and return it for free. But get this, I still had to pay for their shipping mistake. That's just not cool. I'm definitely not buying from them again.

    I had a really bad experience ordering from this one online store. I used PayPal to pay, but the money went to the wrong place and the store never got it. I had to send a bunch of emails and have a bunch of chats just to hear that they'd give me my money back. When I tried to order again with my credit card, they ended up confirming the first order too, which just confused everything. The money was stuck on my credit card for a while, and now my order, which was supposed to come on a certain day, is totally missing. The tracking number they gave me is useless, and the customer service people can't really tell me anything useful. It's super frustrating, especially since I spent a lot of money on this order. It's obvious that this company doesn't care about helping customers like me, and the lack of communication and help is really disappointing. In the end, I feel like I wasted my time and money dealing with a company that doesn't care about their customers.

    Fleece lined coat purchase

    I just got this coat from this company and was bummed when I realized it didn't have the fleece lining I wanted. I had to send it back and that cost me $16.00. And then on top of that, they signed me up for a rewards program without asking, and started charging me $16.95 every month. That's not cool. I won't be buying from them anymore.

    White athletic shoes, size 9 wide

    I just got some new white sneakers in size 9 wide, but they sent me black ankle boots in size 10 by mistake. Like, seriously? Can't they just get the order right? I had to waste time on the phone fighting for a refund, and to top it off, I had to pay for the return shipping. Talk about rubbing salt in the wound!

    Coat too big, had to return and reorder

    I bought this coat from them, but it was way too big, so I had to send it back and exchange it for a smaller size. I did get my refund, but they deducted $27 for shipping, which was a bummer. I was hoping they would make an exception, but no luck. I ended up deciding not to shop there anymore and even unsubscribed from their email list. Oh well, bye!

    The worst phone customer service I have ever experienced! Called on options for a gifted shoe that didn’t fit. Explained same situation 3 times to representative Josh who seemed to have put me on hold to have another conversation with someone else. I finically asked to speak to a manager who I spoke to Significantly later, but understood the first time. Still could not help and a 2 hour phone call.

    Today get Rick after holding for 20 mins. Explained trying to return and offer a different color, said he could help me then cold dumped me back in the customer service que. Still holding at 45 mins and writing reviews so possibly others can avoid.

    Sizing it off and customer service is Horrible!

    This is seriously good for me as i don' really like investing my time in buying clothes and because of that, i end up buying lots of useless clothes for me. they have amazing collections in dresses and shoes which is far enough for me
    above that, i bought the coat from here and it is good for the budget too
    i really like the services, its easy to return and also its super amazing to shop from here without any hassle
    thats one of the things i really find good about the ellos

    They double charged me and it took a month to correct THEIR error. Didn’t refund shipping charges in THEIR error. Credited me less tax than they had charged! All took a month. I hate this company.

    Do not order from this company if you want the merchandise. It has been two weeks and the items have not even shipped. Customer service will not refund my money, instead said they would be shipped whenever possible. I had the same thing happen last year when I ordered from them- I literally received the merchandise 3 weeks AFTER I returned from vacation. They charge a high rate for shipping and do not ship the merchandise. They have my money, the shipping fee and the merchandise again- I had forgotten this when I ordered this time, but I won't forget again!
