Misleading purchase
This company's customer service is terrible. After getting the wrong item in my order, it was a nightmare trying to fix it. I had to pay for return shipping and a fee. And when I tried exchanging a sweatshirt for a smaller size, it was a mess. I never even got a refund for the returned item. Dealing with their customer service team was so frustrating. It seemed like they didn't care about helping me, just taking my money.

Lyme disease products
These things I tried for my lyme disease symptoms seemed to be helping at first, but ended up causing some weird stuff like my hair falling out, nails breaking, and my sense of taste disappearing. The folks over at customer service told me it's a common thing, but I feel like they should've mentioned it on their website beforehand. I ditched those products half a year ago, but my hair and nails are still a mess and my taste is only sort of back. I dropped more than 500 bucks on this stuff and it definitely wasn't worth it. I should've just stuck to my own homemade remedies that actually worked in the past.

Expired spice purchase
I can't believe how bold this company is! I bought a spice product and found out it was expired by over a month. How could they sell such an old item to customers? It's totally unacceptable and I'm really mad. I was hoping for a good product, but all I got was let down and lied to. When I contacted their customer service for a refund, they casually said they don't take back spices. Seriously? They keep that info hidden on their website and won't own up to their mistake. It's sneaky and I feel tricked by their shady ways. This total lack of care for customers is awful, and I'm gonna tell everyone to steer clear of this company. Don't believe their lies. My experience with them was a nightmare, and I won't be using them again.

Jewelry, high import charge
I recently bought some jewelry from this company and I was kinda bummed because I had to fork over a hefty import fee in addition to the already pricey cost. Ended up paying an extra 75 euros for shipping to the Netherlands, which totally wasn't worth it. To top it off, I thought the jewelry was legit silver but turns out it's just steel when I checked it out up close.

Lullaby music video campaign
I gave Vrocket a shot with my lullaby music video, but YouTube turned it down for a dumb reason. Yanick was really nice about it and requested a new video. So, I tried out a hyperlapse video to mix things up. I ended up getting over 2500 views, some subscribers, likes, and even a comment. Vrocket accidentally used my lullaby keywords, but Yanick corrected it, and now it's back under review. Excited to see how it all turns out!

Cleaning products purchase
I'm really impressed with the cleaning products I bought - stuff like laundry pods, fabric softener, bathroom and kitchen cleaner, and dishwasher tablets. They've all gone above and beyond what I expected. The fabric softener, in particular, is way better than what I used before. And the best part is I don't have to lug them home from the store. It's a nice little bonus.

Wrong size trainers
I just bought some sneakers from this store, but ended up getting the wrong size. I contacted their customer service and they were super nice and understanding. I've been using this domain registration service for a good few years now and it's been a solid choice for what I need.
