Unacceptable service experience
I had a really bad experience with this company. The service was terrible, I had to wait for hours just to get a negative and unhelpful outcome. The product I ordered was supposed to be in stock, but I couldn't get it shipped until 3 weeks later. And then there was an extra 10 days for shipping on top of that. I couldn't even cancel my order because it was already "in process". If I needed to return the product, I'd have to pay $9.99 to use their return label, while the post office would only charge $4 for theirs. Plus, they charged me $5.99 to ship the product in the first place. Two weeks ago, my order cost me $20, including shipping, even though the product wasn't ready to ship. I'm glad I didn't buy other items that were supposed to be "in stock". It's not smart for consumers to do business with this shady group, especially since FULL BEAUTY filed for Chapter 11 in 2019. I can't imagine the hassle of trying to return or get a refund with their ever-changing policies, as told by El Paso staff. It's weird that the headquarters are in New York, customer support is in El Paso, and the warehouse is in Indianapolis. My advice to others is to steer clear of these companies, they'll definitely try to take advantage of you if they can.

I was really hoping to get my stuff quickly, so I asked if it would arrive on time. The person I chatted with wasn't sure, but I decided to take a chance. Turns out, it ended up not coming on time.

Vivid blue oil painting
I am absolutely loving the vivid blue oil painting I got. The artist really nailed the brush strokes, showing off their skills. The high-quality oil paint they used just takes the whole thing to the next level. It's definitely the star of my art collection now. I asked for more blue in there and they delivered, exceeding all my expectations with the final product. The customer service was top-notch too, super attentive and making sure all my needs were met. And the shipping through FeDex was a nice surprise, got my painting real quick. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I'm already thinking about getting a bigger painting from them soon.

Cyport Power DVD software
I just want to give a big shoutout to Cyberlink for saving me from making a big mistake. I was this close to buying some software that would've given me the same troubles that another person had mentioned. Thanks to Telekom for making me pause and think things over. It hit me that I already bought Cyport Power DVD a while back and when I tried to install it, I ran into all the problems that the other person had talked about. Lesson learned, I will never trust Cyberlink again. They're just the worst.
