Shoes with credit cards
I tried buying a pair of shoes from this store the other day, and it was so frustrating. I used two different credit cards that I've had forever and used all over the world, but both times the orders got canceled because of some security thing the store has. They told me to use PayPal instead, but I don't have that. And now I have to wait 14 days to get my money back for both of the cancelled orders. It's weird because I've shopped there before with one of the same credit cards and everything was good. This time was just a letdown and a hassle.

English workbooks and Word Tag game
As a parent who homeschools my kids, I gotta say that the English workbooks and Word Tag game from this company have been super helpful for my children's learning. The workbooks are really well done, with fun and interesting stuff that keeps my kids engaged and excited to learn. The Word Tag game is also great, even though I think it could include more learning stuff in it. But my kids really love playing it as a treat after they finish their workbooks for the day. All in all, I'm really happy with the products from this company and plan to keep using them as we continue our homeschooling journey.

Order placed on Oct 11
I placed an order with this company on October 11th and got an email on the 13th saying it was shipped with a tracking number. But when I checked the tracking number, it showed my stuff was delivered on July 22nd in another state and had a pic of what I ordered. I reached out on October 17th to let them know, and they said the order wasn't actually shipped yet, which is different from what the email said. I asked to cancel because I needed the item urgently for a special event, but they said it was already sent out on the 13th, even though there was a mix-up.

I was really excited to track my steps on the watch screen, but it doesn't have that feature. Also, it doesn't light up in the dark which is annoying. What's the use of a watch if I can't see it at night, you know?

Delayed order cancellation
I actually went through something similar with a delayed order cancellation. I placed an order that never showed up, even though it still said it was in stock days after I ordered. I waited for weeks and nothing arrived, so I finally decided to cancel the order. But their customer service was no help at all, and ever since then, I've been getting tons of spam emails. It's really not cool to harass people like that online, and it's not a good look for the company. I used to be a loyal customer of their other brands, but this whole thing has definitely made me think twice about buying from them again.

Pre-paid parking reservation
I had a really frustrating experience with my pre-paid parking reservation recently. I went to the parking lot at Crown Plaza like I was supposed to, but it wasn't there anymore. I was stuck in NYC with my 6-year-old kid and nowhere to park for my flight. When I tried to talk to customer service through text, it was super hard to get a real person. I couldn't even call them. After a bunch of texts, I finally got in touch with someone, but they couldn't tell me if I would get my money back for the reservation that I couldn't use. So, I had to buy last-minute parking that cost way too much just to make sure I didn't miss my flight. Not knowing what was going on and not understanding their refund rules made me really annoyed and out of money.

I was really let down by my purchase from this company. The packaging was terrible, which led to the box getting damaged during shipping. I gave them tracking information to show what happened, but they just couldn't seem to get it. So now I'm thinking of disputing the charge on my credit card. And trying to call their customer service line was like a comedy sketch where no one actually picks up. It's just so frustrating.

Unfortunately, it didn't work out because she and the new scanner software were having some issues. But Liza was really concerned and followed up with me today. She was so knowledgeable about the system and recommended using NEAT through Google instead of Safari. I was a bit disappointed that the old Desktop version is no longer supported, it was much quicker. But Liza's tech support was absolutely amazing.

I have to admit, I was pretty disappointed with the service at the Plano Store. It felt like the staff was more focused on talking with each other than helping customers. I really thought a store that's been open since '99 would be better. The only good thing was the fast delivery, but that doesn't make up for the overall not-so-great experience.

While there are definitely some advisors on the platform who give spot-on readings, there are others that miss the mark by a mile. My biggest problem was that the app and phone calls would randomly cut off during readings, and then I'd have to pay extra when we reconnected. That's just not right for us customers, especially when they only offer one refund per month. Say I pay $100 for a reading and get bad advice from multiple advisors, one refund won't cut it. Plus, the 7-day feedback window is way too short for accurate rating of psychic predictions, since most of that stuff doesn't play out until later.
