    Scam experience in Vienna

    Sadly, I had a pretty rough experience with that car rental company in Vienna recently. I rented a car for a week and when I returned it, they tried to charge me for damages that weren't even there. It seemed like they were trying to pull the same scam on me that they've used on others before, and it really left a bad taste in my mouth. It's just disappointing to see a company that I used to trust resorting to those kinds of practices.

    Late key drop off charges

    So, let me tell you about this car rental place we used once. They have some pretty sketchy practices when it comes to dealing with late key drop-offs. We did everything right by dropping the keys off in their box on Sunday like they said. But then they turned around and slapped us with an extra €85 charge because they claimed they didn't collect the keys until Monday, thinking we were late. No matter how many times we tried to explain that we did everything right, they wouldn't budge on the payment. Their customer support is basically nonexistent, and how they keep trying to get money out of us for their mistake is just downright shameless. I'd recommend steering clear of these folks if you want a hassle-free experience with honest customer service.

    Car rental from the location on Sunset Boulevard

    I had a terrible time at the car rental spot on Sunset Boulevard. The folks working there, from the manager to the employee, had such a horrible attitude and were so darn rude. They didn't lend a hand at all and basically left me hanging in LA because of their silly rules. It was just so aggravating and not fun at all, definitely not something I'd want anyone else to go through.

    I was so impressed with the amazing service I got from the folks at this car rental place. Zizi hooked me up with the rental before my trip, and Catherine helped me out at the office - both of them were fantastic. Zizi gave me all the info I needed in a clear and helpful way, and Catherine was super friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things about the service I got. Definitely recommend checking them out!

    I rented a car for a day and everything was fine, but when I returned it, they tried to overcharge me. I was pretty upset about it and asked for my money back, but they refused. They even kept my deposit, which made me really angry. And to top it off, they're not even responding to my emails! So yeah, I wouldn't recommend going there, find another place to rent a car for sure.

    Son's car rental

    I rented a car for my son, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster! They charged way more than they should have from my wallet, and when my son got there, they asked for even more money. It's like they can't do simple math or something. On top of that, they keep saying they've refunded the money, but it's been ages and I still haven't seen a dime. Such a rip-off!

    I rented a car for a weekend trip from Sixt Car Rental in Switzerland. I had made the reservation a month ahead of time and the agreement showed a total of 167€ for the rental. But when I got to the airport, they told me the car I reserved wasn't available anymore, and I had to get a pricier one for 187€. On top of that surprise, they slapped me with a 487€ deposit instead of the 300€ that was agreed upon. To top it off, they charged me the same amount again when I brought the car back, taking a grand total of 960€ out of my account. When I tried to get them to release the excess deposit, they coolly said it could take them up to 28 days to give me back the money, even though it was clearly their mistake. Keep an eye out for tricky agreements and shady practices!

    Man, this car rental service is the worst! I thought I was just gonna pay a regular amount for three days, but it ended up being crazy expensive. And then, when I brought the car back, they had the nerve to say I messed it up. Seriously, do yourself a favor and don't even bother with this company - it's all just one big scam!

    My recent car rental experience was an absolute disaster! I booked a car for a ski trip and was supposed to pick it up at 5 PM. Can you believe when I arrived right on time, the whole place was closed? That's just ridiculous! And it didn't stop there. After trying multiple times to contact customer support, all I got was a vague response asking for more time. So, I had no other option but to take a bus instead. And guess what? They had the nerve to charge me for a "No-Show"! Talk about rubbing salt in the wound. This whole situation was a nightmare and a perfect example of terrible service and no accountability.

    Overpriced surprise repair bill

    I rented this really sweet BMW in Chicago for a little road trip, you know? Everything seemed fine until I got hit with a bill for over $500 for a tiny scratch on the car door. Can you believe that? It was such a little scratch, probably already there when I picked up the car. But they still wanna make me pay for it. Not cool at all. Just a heads up, be on the lookout for sketchy charges like this.

    Rental reservation at Dublin airport

    I reserved a car at the Dublin airport and man, was I bummed out by the price! Another company had the same car for way cheaper. When I canceled my reservation, they hit me with a 120 euro fee, which caught me off guard. After looking into it more, I realized the other company was over 100 euros cheaper! I wish I had done my homework before booking. Lesson learned - I won't be using that company again.

    My recent experience with renting a car was a total nightmare. I rented a car from this company twice, and both times were a disaster. The first time, they accused me of scratching the car, which I didn't do at all. They wanted to charge me a crazy amount for that false damage. When I tried to talk to them about it, they wouldn't listen and just ignored me. The second time, even after I canceled my subscription, they still tried to charge my card without asking me first. The way they treat customers is just terrible. My overall experience with this company was a complete nightmare.

    Overcharged for Minor Damage Repair

    I was so let down by the service I got from this rental company. When I brought the car back, they told me I'd have to pay $300 to fix a tiny scratch on the windshield. That seemed like way too much money for such a small problem. When I asked about it, the staff was rude and not helpful at all. They couldn't even give me a straight answer about the cost. All in all, dealing with this company was a huge headache and not a pleasant experience.

    Post-rental invoice discrepancy

    So, I rented a car using a third-party site and went with Sixt. But man, was I bummed out when I got hit with a higher bill than what I was originally told. The total ended up way more than the initial quotes I got, and I felt like they pulled a fast one on me with all these sneaky fees. They told me it would be $388 for the rental with just one driver, but when all was said and done, the final bill came out to $714 after tacking on extra charges and taxes. That jump in price caught me off guard, and I was left feeling totally ripped off.

    Three-day car rental from airport

    I just rented a car from there for a quick little three-day getaway. Everything went pretty well with the rental process and the car was in good shape. But, when I brought it back, they told me about some damage that I didn't even know about. Even though I got full insurance, now I'm kind of freaking out about possibly getting stuck with a bill for that damage.

    When first time I required out side car for purpose I came in contact of Sixt Huge options are available here including premium models
    So selected Kiya Rio Rental is fine so not overcharging issues Well maintained cars ,simple.process as many times I seen in other agencies My experience says really it's quite similar then Sedan Slightly seat arrangements and quality is not up to that class This company is a oldest one ,very professional and caring
