Subscription confusion
I saw an ad for this product and got interested, but dealing with the whole "preferred customer" thing made me realize that Balance of Nature is not worth the money. Annie's request for her family to keep the subscription after she's gone just makes it all seem even more ridiculous. I thought I was just buying a simple supplement, but it turned into a hassle. Being a "preferred customer" sounded good, but it really just means spending more money and jumping through hoops for a chance at a refund. It's all a trick to keep you spending money on something you might not even like. Stick to buying real fruits and veggies instead of relying on these pills.

Toner purchase experience
I bought a toner cartridge from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. First off, they didn't tell me they were gonna charge me in USD, so I ended up seeing some unexpected charges on my bank statement. Then, they gave me a fake tracking number for my delivery at first, followed by a different one that was delayed. Because of all that confusion, I ended up buying another toner from a local store and now I have two. When I asked for a refund, they said they wouldn't give me back the shipping cost and that I'd have to pay for the return shipping. It really feels like I got scammed, and I just want others to be careful if they're thinking about buying from them.

I had this awesome square print made about a year ago and oh man, it came out so good! It was a 10" canvas and the colors just popped. My client loved it, too. I was really blown away by how nice it looked hanging up. It made me feel like a real pro artist or something, haha.

Overcharged deposit
I rented a car for a weekend trip from Sixt Car Rental in Switzerland. I had made the reservation a month ahead of time and the agreement showed a total of 167€ for the rental. But when I got to the airport, they told me the car I reserved wasn't available anymore, and I had to get a pricier one for 187€. On top of that surprise, they slapped me with a 487€ deposit instead of the 300€ that was agreed upon. To top it off, they charged me the same amount again when I brought the car back, taking a grand total of 960€ out of my account. When I tried to get them to release the excess deposit, they coolly said it could take them up to 28 days to give me back the money, even though it was clearly their mistake. Keep an eye out for tricky agreements and shady practices!

Improved italki platform with group lessons
The italki platform has definitely stepped up their game with the addition of group lessons, which I think is a great idea. But, there are a couple things that could use some work. First off, there's this annoying problem where the program keeps kicking users out in the middle of a lesson in the italki classroom, which gets pretty annoying. Second, I think they should offer more ways to withdraw money, especially for users in countries like Russia. It would be helpful to have options like AdvCash. And lastly, I've noticed there's been a drop in new students booking lessons lately. They could fix that by giving us more info on the best times to be available for students in different time zones.
