Poster printing dilemma
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered a poster and they sent it to me in the wrong color. When I called customer service for help, the person I talked to, Nicia, wasn't very helpful and seemed like she didn't care. The way the customer service team handled the situation was super frustrating. It's clear that this company doesn't really care about doing things right and providing good products and services.
Awesome square print
I had this awesome square print made about a year ago and oh man, it came out so good! It was a 10" canvas and the colors just popped. My client loved it, too. I was really blown away by how nice it looked hanging up. It made me feel like a real pro artist or something, haha.
Mother's Day canvas gift
I bought a canvas print for Mother's Day, but they sent me blank canvases instead. I tried to get a refund, but they only offered me a partial one and said I never sent them the picture. I tried to send it multiple times. The customer service was no help at all and really annoying. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card to get my money back. I definitely don't recommend doing business with them.
Email privacy breach
Dealing with this company has been a complete nightmare. I made a purchase and next thing I know, my email address was being sold without even asking me. Now I'm bombarded with spam emails that have totally inappropriate content. I'm just so disappointed in how they have no respect for customer privacy and the shady way they do business.
16x20 and several 8x8
This place is awesome. From ordering to product then delivery. Which mine actually showed up 5 days early. Products look so great. Can't begin to say enough this place is great.
