Rose Forever Love
I recently bought a Rose Forever Love from an online flower shop. But, I gotta say I was really let down by what I got. The rose looked nothing like the one they showed on the website. And when I contacted customer service to ask for a refund, they couldn't even give me a straight answer or help me out. Dealing with their support team was such a headache, and I just felt taken advantage of in the end.

Hunting blind gift
I got my dad a hunting blind as a gift, and man, the customer service was incredible. So I placed my order, and the next day I got an email saying the blind was out of stock and might not get here by the holidays. But those customer service folks really went all out, offering me different options like a partial refund or even canceling the order for a full refund. When I asked about using the partial refund for fast shipping, they not only said yes but delivered the blind a whole week early, just in time for Christmas. Now that's what I call top-notch customer service!

I am so in love with the glasses I snagged from this place! The prices are seriously amazing, and the quality is top-notch. I've actually ordered from them three times already, and honestly, I can't find a single thing to complain about. Their selection is awesome, and having a variety of glasses without spending a fortune is a game-changer. And to top it off, they arrived way quicker than I expected. You can bet I'll be hitting up Glasseslit again down the road!

Pollution masks
I recently bought some pollution masks and man, let me tell you, I am so disappointed with the service from this company. I ordered 5 masks and waited 15 long days, only to get an email saying my order was canceled with no reason given. The lack of communication and not caring about customers is just not cool. It's obvious this company doesn't care about us customers and doesn't try to give good service.

Geartrade is amazing! I used their consignment model to sell my gear and it was so easy. All I had to do was print the label, pack up my stuff, and send it off. They took care of everything else, letting me know the recommended price for my items and giving me the option to adjust it. Most of my gear sold quickly and I got the money in my Geartrade account really fast. The best part is they give you the choice to use your earnings on their site or cash it out to your bank account. No more dealing with meeting up with strangers or answering a ton of questions. Geartrade is the best!

Payment card issue
Yeah, my family and I rented a car and then someone at the company totally messed up our payment card! We were so mad and the company didn't do anything to help us out! We felt really ignored and frustrated, it was not cool at all!
