I bought a Christmas present, and I was really looking forward to getting it. But then, I got an email saying it was shipped. When I checked the tracking a few days later, I found out it was canceled without me knowing. It's so frustrating not getting any heads up. It's a bummer when you are trying to get a special gift like that. I hope they fix it soon, maybe even give me my money back. If not, I will have to find somewhere else to shop where they care more about their customers.

The customer service at this company is amazing. I had a problem with my order for blinds, but they fixed it quickly and with kindness. The blinds are simple to set up and have fantastic see-through features. I suggest looking at all the different options, as some are more suitable for children and bows. All in all, it's a wonderful product with wonderful people who really make you feel valued. I'll definitely be buying more from them.

Yeah, so I ordered this really cool thing but it ended up getting lost in delivery. I reached out to them and they sent me another one really quickly, and it got here in just a few days! Their customer service is awesome!
Fishing waders purchase
I just got myself a pair of fishing waders and I gotta say, I'm really pleased with how they turned out. The price was awesome and they got here super quick. But, gotta admit, the packaging was kinda meh - the boxes got all messed up during shipping, which was a bummer. Not sure if it was a weak box or if it was just tossed around too much, but they definitely need to step up their game with tougher boxes to keep this from happening again.
Heated vests for family
