the seller and their carrier made the original delivery a mess, but the protection plan and a second order fixed it, so I’m relieved — not happy, but relieved. I bought a battery pack for my dad to run his cordless leaf blower and to have as a backup for charging phones during storms. The package apparently showed as delivered to his address, but he never actually received it. Tidewe's support kept sending the same delivery screenshot and asked us to check with neighbors and look around the property, which is silly when there's six inches of snow piled everywhere. It felt like I was being blamed or treated like I was inventing the problem. They also told me to contact the shipping company myself — something I’ve never been asked by a retailer before. I had added the "worry free" protection (SEEL) and they were the only ones who acted promptly and professionally; their replies moved things forward. I eventually reordered and the replacement arrived without issue. So yeah, the ordering process was okay, the main service team was disappointing, and the carrier was worse. Still, grateful the protection worked and that I didn’t leave my dad without what he needs.
