I just made 9 different orders on the website and ended up buying a total of 14 products. I gotta say, I was really impressed by the quality of the stuff I got. The website was super easy to use, didn't run into any problems placing my orders. The customer service was great, they answered all my questions about the products really quickly. They even said they'd give me a refund if I wasn't happy, but luckily that wasn't needed. I live in a small town in Eastern Europe, and despite the products coming from China, they arrived either at the post office or delivered straight to my door by a courier. The delivery fees were pretty reasonable, and there were no surprise charges, which was a relief. Overall, I'm really happy with how my shopping experience turned out on the website.

He totally went the extra mile to hook me up with some parts that other places wouldn't even consider shipping to Hawaii. Not only that, he took the time to find a super detailed parts list for my bottom end gasket kit. Jacob P. is amazing, he really deserves a promotion to Hawaii service rep. The stuff they have here is decent, but let me tell you, the way they treat customers is just awful. I wanted to bring back something I bought, and they practically strong-armed me into buying more or accepting a measly refund. I'll definitely be shopping somewhere else from now on.

Post-rental invoice discrepancy
So, I rented a car using a third-party site and went with Sixt. But man, was I bummed out when I got hit with a higher bill than what I was originally told. The total ended up way more than the initial quotes I got, and I felt like they pulled a fast one on me with all these sneaky fees. They told me it would be $388 for the rental with just one driver, but when all was said and done, the final bill came out to $714 after tacking on extra charges and taxes. That jump in price caught me off guard, and I was left feeling totally ripped off.
