store points or a credit to my card. I picked the card refund and confirmed it on their site, but the system gave me points instead. Customer support blamed a "system error" and said they couldn't change it, so the points stayed. That was the worst part — the product was disappointing, but the refund handling left a sour taste. I won't be buying from them again.
Mixed fit, thin fabric
loose threads, thin hems. Delivery was okay; the package arrived on time in a single bag. I tried to contact support and got generic replies, so I gave up. Not a total scam — a couple of pieces are functional — but overall disappointing for the price and inconsistent sizing. Wouldn't recommend unless you only need one or two cheap pairs for around the house.
Kinda relieved, but it was a rocky ride
they asked for pictures, which I sent, then asked for different pictures, then pictures of the label, and so on. Kinda maddening since I’d already mailed it. It dragged on for a few months and I kept checking the tracking — it showed delivery to their return address — so I felt a mix of annoyed and helpless. After pestering them a couple times and sending the tracking screenshots, they finally processed my refund. Took way longer than I expected, but in the end I got my money back and I’m relieved about that. I wouldn’t call the whole experience smooth, but I’m glad it didn’t end worse. If you’re thinking of buying, just know returns can be a headache here; be prepared to follow up and keep receipts and screenshots. I’m happy it worked out eventually, though it could definitely be improved.
Weird fit, but it worked out
So I ordered a handful of things on a whim and, honestly, I was braced for the usual online gamble. The pieces showed up looking ok, but the first try-on made me stop — way smaller than I expected and the fabric felt thin, like something that might not survive more than a couple washes. I was skeptical, thinking “here we go again” — I’ve had similar issues with other fast sellers before. I messaged support because the sizes didn’t match what I normally wear. They pointed me to a size chart (yeah, I hadn’t checked it closely enough) and explained the sizing can be different. Annoying, but fair.
The mailbox-thing that never happened

My son is still hopeful, and I don’t want him disappointed, so I’m keeping an eye out. Heads up to other parents: if you can, create an account before buying or be prepared to chase support. Small change, better experience. I’d happily update this if it all arrives and the kiddo’s smile shows up.
Loudspeaker mount and frying pan lid
Very bad experience. First time ordered mount for loudspeaker. It was scratched and lacked a ... to attach the two parts together. Second time I ordered lid of frying pan. Instead of lid of 30cm diameter I got one with 15cm. It seems that this shop is not in position to deliver a quality product that you have ordered.
Multiple products
I just ordered a bunch of stuff from this online store, but I was kinda bummed because they sent everything in different packages. It was a pain since I had to make a bunch of trips to the post office that's pretty far away. It would've been way better if they put everything together in one box.
Jacket in 'Large' size
I bought a jacket in size 'Large' from this company and was super let down by my whole experience. When I finally got the jacket, it was way too small for me. I contacted their customer service to ask for a prepaid return label, but they said I had to pay for the return shipping myself. I was surprised by this because I thought the sizing mistake was on their end. They said Chinese and UK sizes are different since they're a Chinese company and that sizes are on each item. But, I wasn't told during the ordering process to check the size chart. Even though I tried to explain, they won't give me a refund and say it was my job to make sure the size was right. Their customer service team not taking responsibility and showing empathy has left a bad taste in my mouth. Be careful if you decide to deal with this company.
Small shopping experience
My latest shopping trip went pretty well. I bought a couple things from this online store. Even though there were a couple hiccups with two of the orders - they arrived broken or the wrong size - I still thought it was a good experience overall. I was happy to see they had a wide range of products to choose from and the prices were fair for what I needed. Despite those issues with the two orders, I'd definitely think about coming back to shop here again.
