I just got this phone case from an online store and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how well it's made. The material seems super durable and the design looks just like it did on the website. Plus, they have a bunch of options for different types of phones, which I think is really cool.

Cheap and good quality products

I just made 9 different orders on the website and ended up buying a total of 14 products. I gotta say, I was really impressed by the quality of the stuff I got. The website was super easy to use, didn't run into any problems placing my orders. The customer service was great, they answered all my questions about the products really quickly. They even said they'd give me a refund if I wasn't happy, but luckily that wasn't needed. I live in a small town in Eastern Europe, and despite the products coming from China, they arrived either at the post office or delivered straight to my door by a courier. The delivery fees were pretty reasonable, and there were no surprise charges, which was a relief. Overall, I'm really happy with how my shopping experience turned out on the website.
Slow delivery, delayed discounts
I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place unless you're okay with waiting a really long time. It takes forever from the time you pay to actually getting your stuff. They do give discounts for the wait, but it doesn't make up for the annoyance of waiting more than a month for your order. This was my first and last time ordering from them.
Electronic gadget purchase
I was really bummed out by the electronic gadget I bought. I got it on May 4th, but it crapped out on May 28th. When I called customer service, they told me the warranty was up and said I had to reach out to the supplier in China. Luckily, I used PayPal to buy it, so I was able to file a complaint with them. It's pretty sketchy that there wasn't a 30-day warranty on electronics, makes me wonder if the company is legit. I recommend staying away from buying stuff from them.
Snapback cap, two t-shirts with Belgian Malinois design
When I got my order, I realized that the snapback cap I got had a different fastening on the back, which was kind of a surprise. One of the t-shirts was all good, but the white cotton one had a little orange stain on the bottom, which was a bummer because I wasn't expecting that. Still, even with these little problems, I'm pretty satisfied with what I bought.
Fast delivery, no customs issues
This app is great for buying stuff from China. I had no issues ordering, and my stuff got here pretty fast considering how far away it was. It only took about a week for my items to arrive, and I got them sent to me in the EU by DHL. One thing that I really liked was that the price already included the tax, so I didn't have to deal with any customs headaches.
Essential oil purchase
I just bought some essential oil from this site, but it wasn't the greatest quality. Plus, it didn't even smell like the rose I wanted! I reached out to customer service, and they got back to me pretty quick. They gave me a discount on the messed-up oil, but they wouldn't give me a full refund or let me send it back.

Because nobody helps me and doesn't give me any answer regarding my orders that write me the payment refused, I always mentioned that my card is valid, I have no problem with the bank, I contacted the bank and he explained that I have no problem, I made another joom account with the thought that I will be able to place orders..exactly the same problem is, from other online stores I can order, but on joom I can not, please I need your help, thank you!
