    I had a really great time at this place. The person I talked to knew their stuff and gave me excellent customer service. It was nice to find out about a discount for repeat customers, that was a cool surprise. All in all, I felt like they took care of me and I was happy with what I got.

    Collagen drinks for skin elasticity

    I gave those collagen drinks from that company a try and I gotta say, I was really let down by the results. They claimed to make your skin more elastic and hydrated, but I didn't see any changes even after using them for weeks. On top of that, the taste was awful, which made it hard to drink them every day. Honestly, I feel like I just threw my money away on those drinks that didn't do anything for me.

    Scam experience

    I totally got sucked into this super slick scam, man. It was unreal how good they were at fooling folks, like nothing I've ever come across. And they were crafty too, always deleting and creating new accounts on the sly. Do you think these guys are just doing it to cash in or what? And to top it off, the customer service had the nerve to put the blame on me – not cool at all!

    Shipping to Canada

    I recently bought something that got sent to Canada, but man, let me tell you, the customer service was a letdown. Couldn't get a response by email, phone, or even good ol' snail mail. Tried to sort out some problems with my order, but no luck. And on top of that, they sent my stuff to Canada at full price, so I had to pay extra duties and taxes to Canadian Customs. That really bumped up the price and it was super irritating. If you're Canadian, I'd say maybe look elsewhere for your shopping needs.

    Garden seeds

    I recently bought some garden seeds and man, what a letdown. I got five packs of seeds that were supposed to be a garden mix, with all these different flowers. But when I actually checked them out, each pack only had like 12 tiny seeds! I mean, they were so small, you could barely see them. I thought I just got a bad batch, but nope, every pack was the same. And for $1.99 each, it felt like such a rip-off. Next time I come across this product, I'm definitely passing.

    Rental reservation at Dublin airport

    I reserved a car at the Dublin airport and man, was I bummed out by the price! Another company had the same car for way cheaper. When I canceled my reservation, they hit me with a 120 euro fee, which caught me off guard. After looking into it more, I realized the other company was over 100 euros cheaper! I wish I had done my homework before booking. Lesson learned - I won't be using that company again.

    Cancelled auto-renewal issue

    I just dealt with a problem where my auto-renewal got canceled on my account. I signed up for two courses and made sure to turn off the auto-renewal right away. But even though I double-checked that it was off, I still got hit with the full price charge on the renewal date. It seems like there might have been some website updates that messed with how account info is shown, causing a mix-up. Luckily, I contacted customer service and they fixed the issue by giving me a refund for the charge that shouldn't have happened.

    Damaged vape product

    I recently bought something from Olofly, but it was a disappointment. The vape I got had a big leak, so I couldn't even use it. I reached out to customer service, and they quickly sent me a return label and promised me a new one once they got the damaged vape back. I'm thankful for their fast help, but I still haven't gotten the replacement vape, so I can't say anything about the product yet.
