don’t sign up unless you love wasting time — I switched services and felt instant relief. I signed up to try their tracking stuff, used it for about 33 hours total before I asked for a refund and cancelled. First impression: downloading felt like a small hostage situation — almost eight hours total messing with it, two of those with the actual phone in my hand. If you want a company that’ll help when something goes wrong or actually acknowledge missing emails, look elsewhere. Not bad tech, disappointing human side.
