I've been using the device activity monitoring feature from this product, and it's been super helpful in keeping an eye on what my kids are doing online. Being a parent, I want to make sure they're staying on track with their schoolwork and not getting sidetracked by random apps or websites. With this feature, I can see every app they use and how long they're on it, giving me a good idea of their online habits. Subscription purchase
Hey, so I went ahead and got this subscription, but at first, I was pretty annoyed because I thought there was supposed to be a free trial, but couldn't find any info on the website. Why you gotta be sneaky like that, huh? Anyway, once I got everything sorted out, it was all good and I didn't run into any big problems. I still wish I had that trial period, though.

This GPS tracking and monitoring app is awesome! The GPS works almost instantly and is super accurate, which gives me a sense of relief knowing where my family is at all times. It doesn't just track calls, texts, and social media - the customer support team is really helpful too. They're quick to answer any questions and offer great assistance. Just be careful with your data usage settings to avoid unexpected high costs on your mobile bill.
Payment plans
I really like how uMobix offers different payment options to pick from. I initially went with just one month, but ended up switching to a whole year because it's way more cost-effective in the end. Expensive monthly subscription
The monthly subscription for this service is kinda pricey when you look at other options out there. I mean, yeah, the app was helpful and worked well when I tried it out for free. But when it came time to fork over money every month, I just couldn't bring myself to do it. They really need to lower the price if they want more people to be able to afford it.
Location tracker for monitoring my child's school attendance
I just put a location tracker on my kid's phone 'cause their teachers were saying they were missing school. With the tracker, I could see right away when they weren't in class during school hours. I talked to them about it without making a big deal and now they're going to all their classes. It's really helped and they're doing better in school now.

and by mistake I paid a membership for 2 years. The same day I contacted them and explained that I won't use the product and that I have 14 days trial period to ask for refund.
They refused to to issue a refund. Very acammy by them. They wanted to keep that money even I sent so many mails explaining and asking my money back.
Very unprofessional. They are basically stealing from me...Shame on them
