Quick, affordable airport parking
I found this really great parking service that was super easy and didn't cost much at all. I decided to park myself, which was a piece of cake and helped me save some money. It was really close to the airport, so everything went really smoothly and was stress-free. When I came back, the shuttle was right on time, and I was home in a flash. I was really happy with how everything went, and I'll definitely use this service again next time.

I just booked my airport parking through Parkos and it went really well. The process was easy and I could see all the prices to pick the best one. I liked how clear the pricing was and that there were lots of parking options to choose from. When I got back from my trip, the shuttle came quickly and got me back to my car fast. I used this service to book airport parking but it was a disaster. The parking spot was closed by 9 pm, I didn't get any confirmation, and when I asked for a refund, the customer service people were super rude and didn't help at all.

We had reserved a parking spot through this place about a week before we needed it. They told us everything was good to go, but then out of nowhere, the day before we were supposed to park there, they sent us a text saying they cancelled our spot. Crazy, right? And to make matters worse, they didn't even try to help us find another spot or anything, so we ended up having to pay a lot more to park somewhere else. So frustrating.

I paid for a parking spot ahead of time, but when I showed up, it was like it vanished into thin air! Google Maps took me to some farmer's field instead of a parking lot. Can you imagine that? And you know what? They didn't even give me my money back or try to help me find another spot. I had to hurry and shell out a bunch of cash for parking at the last minute. I should've paid more attention to the other reviews. Well, you live and you learn, right? I won't be using them again, that's for sure!
Travel experience with parking service
My family and I used a parking service for our recent trip to Antalya through a third-party company. When we got to Dusseldorf airport, the driver who showed up was really impatient and rude. He called us a bunch of times and got annoyed because he had to wait for us for what he thought was too long (only 5 minutes). It was not cool and made a bad impression on us. And to top it off, when we came back, we saw that our car was unlocked, which was pretty concerning and disappointing. Overall, the service from the company was weird and didn't meet our expectations.
Parking reservation canceled
My booking got canceled out of the blue, and I didn't even get a heads-up about it. So, I had to wait a whole 10 days just to get my money back. Let me tell you, it was super frustrating and just downright depressing to deal with, especially with my family in tow.
Parkos Booking Experience
So, I tried to book a parking spot with this place, but it was a disaster. They charged me immediately, but I never received the spot! Can you believe it? They gave me a reservation number and said I’d get instructions and a barcode, but guess what? Nothing! I attempted to call and email the car park, but I think all the info they provided was bogus because none of it was valid. Trust me, STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! They were completely useless.
My Parkos experience
I recently had a really bad experience with this parking service that said they cared about customer safety and making things easy. I made a reservation with them for the airport when I was going on a short trip. My friend and I got stuck in traffic and ended up getting there a little late, only to find out they were charging us more than £100 extra. And when I tried to tell them about changes to my flight schedule, they were no help at all. I ended up having to shell out for a taxi to get back to my car. It was a super stressful and expensive ordeal that left me feeling frustrated and let down.
Drop-off at airport parking
I recently used the drop-off service at a parking lot near my local airport. When I arrived on my departure date, everything went smoothly and I got to the airport on time. However, the return trip was a different story. I called the parking service when I got my bags, but ended up waiting 25 minutes for the shuttle to show up. The driver told us we had to make stops at three other terminals, so it took even longer to get back. On top of that, the shuttle was really crowded and smelled like diesel fuel. It took an hour and a half from the time I got on the shuttle to the time I got my car, a lot longer than the 15 minutes they said it would take. I was pretty let down and felt like the service was not what I expected.
Booking airport parking
We used this service to book airport parking, and it was a total disaster. We got a confirmation in English, but the address was all wrong. We ended up driving around forever, trying to find where to park. The local cops didn't know where it was either, and we couldn't call the number they gave us because of the language issue. We ended up having to pay a lot more to park somewhere else. We tried to get in touch with Parkos multiple times, but they never got back to us or gave us a refund. It's pretty obvious that they're shady and not reliable.
Parking
Absolutely horrendous. Lied to endlesly over the phone about being collected from the airport. I must have had 10 phone calls with them. Excuse after excuse. I would expect a 15 minute pick-up would be reasonable considering the car park is no more than 5-10 mins away ... the time was around 2pm on a Tuesday. Insead I had to endure waiting for 1hr 45 mins with my 5 year old. Also, avoid Parkos at all costs. All they offered in reply was a 15% discount on my "next" booking. What a joke. A supposed "trusted" brand? I see the same Motel 6 has many reviews like this - but Parkos continues to work with them and promote them via their website purely to cash in on them. What a disgrace.
