    Software and scanner purchase

    I just wanted to mention how great the telephone assistance and training I got for my new software and scanner was. Stephen really knew his stuff and was super helpful and patient in guiding me through using the new tech, which was awesome since I'm not really great with that stuff. He took the time to explain everything clearly so that I could understand how to use the software and scanner effectively. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly he was the whole time. In the end, Stephen's help went above and beyond what I expected, and now I feel really comfortable using my new software and scanner.

    Technical Aid for Report Generation

    Subscription, data storage, folder organization, doc importing

    I have to say, the subscription for this thing is really expensive. I don't like that I can't download a bunch of PDFs all at once. Also, I don't feel comfortable with all my info being on some server instead of just on my computer. But despite those issues, I haven't found anything else that works as well. It would be great if we could select certain folders as "favorites" and if the folders stayed open after I opened them, that would save me so much clicking.

    The person I chatted with in customer service was really patient and helpful. It took a couple of tries but they were able to fix my download issue.     Neat scanner transfer to cloud

    Liza totally rocked when she helped me transfer all my files from my old Neat scanner to the cloud. She was always there for me and even showed me how to move files from my computer to the cloud.     So, there was this lady named Liza T. who gave me a call back to check on the help she provided me with the day before. Unfortunately, it didn't work out because she and the new scanner software were having some issues. But Liza was really concerned and followed up with me today. She was so knowledgeable about the system and recommended using NEAT through Google instead of Safari. I was a bit disappointed that the old Desktop version is no longer supported, it was much quicker. But Liza's tech support was absolutely amazing.

The zoom chats I've joined have been really helpful in showing me the ropes of the new system. I've been with this company for over 20 years and I have to admit, switching to their new software was a breeze for me.

    The last couple of times I scanned items, I tried to edit and save them but the screens were blank! It was all good before this. I've been using this product for a while now, since back when you kept the records on your own computer. That was my favorite version because it never let me down.

    Troubleshooting cache issue

    Recently, I had a really annoying problem where my documents weren't showing up in any of my folders. When I contacted customer service, they told me it was because of a cache issue that happened after a recent update. They walked me through clearing my cache, and that fixed the problem. It would've been nice if they had given us a heads up about possible issues with updates.
