    The customer service at 3Avape was amazing! They responded super fast and were always really nice whenever I had questions. The prices for the e-liquid I bought were pretty good, but I did notice that the shipping fees were a little higher than what other places around here charge. However, I was still really happy with how everything went down and I for sure would think about ordering from them again next time.

    I attempted ordering from this place, but it was a complete disaster. I placed two orders and haven't gotten any updates on when they'll get here. One order has been stagnant for what seems like a lifetime. I've tried emailing them, but it feels useless. I wouldn't suggest purchasing from here. It feels like they want me to send a smoke signal just to get a reply. If my items don't arrive soon, I'll need to do something about it.

    Unreceived order

    I ordered some vape supplies a while ago, but I still haven't gotten my package. The tracking information has been showing 'in transit' since October, and even though I tried contacting customer service, there's been no solution. It's frustrating not knowing anything about my order. I had to file a dispute just to get a tracking number, which shouldn't have been necessary. This whole situation has really upset me, and now I'm worried that this online store might not be on the up-and-up. I really hope my money wasn't wasted on order #100077155.

    Slow order processing and lack of communication

    I ordered from this company about 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything about my order. It's really frustrating not knowing what's going on with something I paid for. I know delays can happen, but just a quick email to update me would've been nice. Transparency and communication are important to me as a customer, and I'm not seeing much of that here. I'm starting to worry if I'll ever get my order, and that's not a situation I want to be in as a customer.

    I'm so frustrated with this company, they are seriously unreliable. I've been waiting for my package for three whole months and still haven't gotten anything. It's not right that I have to go to other websites like bestcaremedicals to find the stuff I need. They never keep me in the loop and just leave me hanging.     I recently bought something from this company and I have to say, my experience wasn't great. I've ordered from other Chinese companies in the same area before, but this one gave me a lot of trouble with delays. I tried contacting their customer service a few times, but all I got back were canned responses telling me to keep waiting. It was pretty annoying that they weren't being clear or keeping me updated, especially since I haven't seen any progress on my order since May 28th. They kept blaming the pandemic for the slow service, but other companies are still managing to get orders out on time. I've been patient for two months now and still don't have any news about my shipment. It's unfortunate that I have to warn others to avoid this company and look for somewhere else to shop.

    Product switch, poor customer service

    I recently bought something from this company and was really surprised to get something totally different from what I actually ordered. So, I reached out to them to talk about what happened and they straight up said they switched it up without even telling me, which is just not cool. They only offered me a measly $5 off as a discount, which is only 10% of what I paid! I made it clear that I didn't want the wrong product and even said I would send it back for a full refund, but 3Avape said the return shipping would cost too much for them. That's just crazy, especially when I had already paid for shipping in the first place.
