Screen protector warranty
The whole warranty thing for the screen protector I bought was a real pain. When it broke, I had to send it back to the company with tracked mail, costing me an extra $10. What a hassle! It took up so much of my time and it just wasn't worth it for a little screen protector. Seems like they're not really meant to be guaranteed. Pretty bummed out about the whole warranty policy, to be honest.

I've been dealing with this company and man, it's been a complete mess. They went ahead and combined my orders without even giving me a heads up, switched up the bottle sizes without asking, and didn't get the quantity of items right. I've spent nearly 5 months struggling to fix all this with their customer service that might as well not exist.

Ugh, can't believe how terrible La-Z-Boy is! My family and I ordered a custom sectional and it's been a complete nightmare. They promised it would arrive by Christmas, but it's missing in action! I tried calling them, but all they did was give me the runaround. Finally, they told me it wouldn't be ready until July! No way, we need a couch for our twins coming soon! We had to go somewhere else to buy one, and it's not even close to what we wanted. La-Z-Boy, boo on you!
